This market is so cute and it's attached to a bar. The bar is so cute and nicely decorated. On the night we went there was live music and it was a fun atmosphere.

This place has great ambiance and a cool speakeasy but the service can be hit or miss in terms of being available for checkout but are really friendly once they are available. The store has an interesting selection for gifts and the coffee and matcha are on point!

Save yourself the rudeness and choose Koffee Klatch instead--only a couple blocks up PCH.I had the misfortune of visiting Pearl Street for coffee while visiting Laguna in September. I was looking for a great place for a cup of coffee; this was not it! Maybe it's because I was a visitor, and this place caters to locals (it was recommended by the manager at my hotel), or perhaps the supervisor was having a bad day, or week, or year...Either way, the supervisor was both rude and incompetent--not only to me but also to the kind young woman she was training. After watching her make excuses to another customer for having "forgotten" to place her food order, I wondered if I might have made a mistake. I did; big mistake, big! I asked for a "no foam" latte... no flavors, no special temperature, whatever milk was convenient. When served, the latte had two inches of foam--no exaggeration. I didn't ask her to remake the latte; I simply asked her to skim off the foam and add a little more milk. She refused, telling me that she had been making lattes for years, and it was impossible to make a latte without foam; sadly, all her years had not taught her the difference between a latte and a cappuccino.Seriously, if you are looking for great cup of coffee and great servers, walk the extra couple blocks and visit Koffee Klatch.

This is very unique and eclectic place. They have a bar and a lounge that is very cozy. In the morning they serve breakfast the coffee is good and they have a very good breakfast egg sandwich. And they have excellent croissant sandwich and the chef is really good. Also in this place you can buy wine and cheese and cold cuts. They also have a full menu for lunch and dinner. The only issue is the short-handed they need more people to provide people with service for take out.

Looks like one of our local watering holes in going through a period of adjustment. Menu changes, out of many wines and a poorly cooked meal. Service was great, from all staff members.

Nice first experience but the next day we took double espresso and we ended with soups that were longer than café allongé (americano), and the staff was convinced of serving espresso. Sad

Skip it! There are so many better choices around! We stopped for a “quick” lunch on the way… just for turkey sandwiches… which we were waiting for 45 min to get. The kids wanted pizza, but they did not have any of the four pizzas that are on the menu! My daughter wanted the meat ball sandwich they did not have that either…and the same with the salami sandwich that my husband wanted. They only had the turkey sandwiches that we ended up all to order. Ahh, and they did not have half and half for the coffee or any other milk other then a non fat milk. How are they still in business??I gave them 2 stars because the turkey sandwiches that took forever to make….were pretty good.

Girlfriend came in here to grab a water we walked down to the beach. I had to use the restroom (left my wallet) came back here to use the restroom. Rude lady at the counter said I had to be a customer (not recognizing me from earlier) states I was but I needed to use the bathroom and would pay to do so using Venmo. Rude lady said it would cost $20 I said are you serious I'm offering you a dollar so I don't pee on the street. Than she wrong me up for $3,59 to use the bathroom..... I walked out went to MOZAMBIQUE A HIGH END RESTAURANT and they let me use the bathroom with no rude comments or jokes of paying $20. I will never shop here again.

We'll be back for sure. You will need to be patient with the awesome staff while the food is made, but they will keep the wine flowing and they are super cool folks. It's a kick back fun place to be social with friends. The food is awesome and the value incredible.

The Seahorse Lounge is a great spot for drinks (beer and wine only) with a great vibe in a hip spot in the rear of Pearl Street General Store. Unfortunately, our first dining experience was just ok. Our pizza which was made with a pre-bought crust and loaded with our toppings was mediocre. Our fresh salad was tasty with a great dressing and loaded with candied nuts and cheese. The salmon special was a little overcooked and the coconut rice was a little overcooked. Given there was a private event going on simultaneously the noise level was high enough that talking across our table became challenging. We really enjoyed the hired magician walking around doing tableside magic.

Looking for a chill kickback spot in Laguna? This is your go to place! Love the chic decor that doesn't really make sense, but it works. The staff are super attentive and the Chef is amazing. Usually packed with a lot of locals, so really great spot to get to know Laguna Beach. The food is pretty typical for a bistro but it's delicious! I would highly recommend this place for afternoon drinks and a quick bite to eat.

Found out about Pearl Street General by looking up speakeasies in OC. There's not many in OC and I'm happy Laguna is home to this gem. Stopped by today and visited this cute spot for breakfast and got a macchiato and spinach croissant. They're fairly priced considering it's Laguna. Service was very friendly too. I love that they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner here. You will love the old town vintage vibe they have going on inside. So many vintage furniture to feast your eyes on and take a couple of photos with. Definitely a nice chill spot. I can't wait to visit for dinner with friends and family and try their food.

We were curious about this place and decided to come for a quick lunch. I checked in through yelp and a coupon for a free cookie showed up. I showed it to the waitress and she said they hadn't had cookies for a while now, but she would honor it and give me a free pastry, or sweets of my choosing, instead. That was so nice of her! I had an excellent pastrami sandwich that she recommended, and my husband had the tuna melt. We left satisfied and very pleased with the service. Check out this place if you're nearby. It's quirky and fun!
