I went to the Cliff with my friend for her birthday. We had a great time together and were browsing this shop. I saw a pearl necklace that I really liked. In the end, I got a small pearl bracelet and the necklace. The owner's name is Peggy; she is very welcoming and sweet. We had great conversations, and the shop is all handmade. I'll definitely come back when I'm around here again.

Was there on Saturday - I found a ring I liked- it was not cheap so I decided to sleep on it- went back today specifically to purchase the ring - today is Wednesday- 4 days later. When I asked what the best price they could do and was told the price was now $100 more then quoted on Saturday. Heather said it was priced wrong but remembered me and made no effort to make good - or even close - to the original quote. I expected maybe a $25 variance - not $100 I've been in sales for 20 years and would never let a client leave this disappointed. I tried to shop local but was treated like a tourist. Too bad- I'm local- been in OC for 30+ years and will share this with my family and friends... Had I walked out happy, the $100 difference would have been made up 100x in local marketing

I bought a very pretty mermaid pendant with chain last month. I'm very disappointed because it was a gift and the pendant is nice and shiny, the chain is black! It's pretty embarrassing to give a gift that is not the quality you expect. I would appreciate being told its not sterling silver but some cheap metal. Thanks for nothing!

Came to laguna beach for some brunch and stumbled upon this small jewelry place named Primitaves which would come out to be my first ever experience being racially profiled. We were examining some rings that we were interested in purchasing and simply asked what it was made of when after the manager blatantly accused us of holding possession of a ring us being the only colored people there I suppose we looked out of place in her eyes as she explained shed look back at the tapes and reply to this review. I am eager to see a video of us happily walking in and trying on rings! Did I mention my sisters entered looking to buy something for her kids and the manager said "those are too expensive for you we have cheaper options here" coincidence or what.

Heather is wonderful! She quickly noticed my 2 year old daughter as she peaked inside her shop. With a warm hello, Heather offered my daughter to pick one gemstone from the bin to keep, at no cost. My daughter was so excited as Heather read us the good luck meaning the specific stone she picked would bring her. She's so kind and thoughtful. Highly recommend this shop for excellent service and a great experience. Thank you!

I had such a lovely experience in this shop. Mira was beyond helpful and so kinda and warm. I ended up spending close to $100 and am already wishing I bought more for gifts. Beautiful unique items. I will definitely be stopping by when I visit Laguna again in the future.

Located in a lovely artists alcove, friendly local artisans, with the exception of this vendor. Identified herself as co-owner with her mother. Beyond unfriendly, extremely rude, despite the fact that I was making a nice size purchase. Perhaps not fond of tourists? See the lovely mermaid shop across the way instead.

Beware!!!! Terrible quality goods. Cheaply made. Our jewelry fell apart within a week. If you search the positive Yelp reviews on this page, you'll notice that all are 'friends' with the Heather M (she also has a 'Heather W' account). The positive reviews are all shills. Beware!!!
