Really disappointed in the lack of professionalism and service I received in store today. I came shopping with my partner and needed help with sizing. I approached the checkout to ask for assistance and was greeted by 2 of the staff sitting down behind the counter on top of each other, flirting. Photo for reference. It felt like an inconvenience to even ask them for assistance. I was offered no help. With many other customers in store they continued to chat behind the counter completely ignoring everyone in store. Will not be coming back here.

Just had a wonderful shopping experience with Brooke and Mac. They were very knowledgeable of their product. They made constructive recommendations without being pushy. Between the high quality store merchandise and the high level of customer service, I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

Ty at the Laguna Beach shop was so welcoming and helpful. My daughter and I were visiting from AZ during Fall break and we really wanted a T-shirt with "Laguna Beach" on it. He pointed us to the right direction. It was close to closing on an inventory night and he was so friendly...just found this review card in my wallet a month later, but still wanted to say, "Thank you, Ty!"
