Both the bride and groom have their own getting ready areas. The staff is described as amazing, very patient, accommodating, and kind, with day-of coordinators ensuring everything runs smoothly. However, some reviews note the staff can seem scattered. A significant warning is issued regarding food stations for weddings, with a report of the venue running out of food for half of a guest list, causing embarrassment; it is suggested that served stations, not self-serve, are needed. While the location is great and the venue is pretty, some negative points include unimpressive bathrooms and a sporadic smell of sewage. Went to a wedding here. The place on the outside is nothing like the inside. Very deceiving. You drive by and say: "their having a wedding here"?Then you walk inside and say: "OMG what a lovely venue for a wedding".
