I met Garrett while taking my dog on a hike. He was walking his two awesome Samoyeds that were very well groomed. When I mentioned that his groomer was doing an amazing job, he said “Thanks I’m the groomer.” I asked him if he could help me clip my dog’s nails and I expected that I would have to make an appointment, but he ended up helping me clip them right then and there. I tried to pay him and he wouldn’t accept it.Thank you very much for your kindness, Garrett! I will definitely be going into Tail Waggers from now on!

Molly the owner has been taking care of my baby Calvin for almost 2 years. She and her team are the best! They're a part of our family now. My little boy is a mini golden doodle and she's always done a great job with him. I highly highly highly recommend the Tail Wagger in Laguna Beach.

I must respond to that lady listed as D.L ..... you clearly haven't known Molly and the tailwagger very long. I drive to her from H.B (NOT a local), with my very shy and nervous shepard because SHE IS the best. And this brings me to ask how is it that you think you know so much about her employees, the same ones that I've seen there year after year. You must have really pissed her off in order for her to drop you as a client. Best of luck to your next groomer. God bless

I've been bringing my goldendoodle here for about 6 years and Molly and the Tailwagger always do a phenomenal job on him! They even took the time to teach me how to properly maintain his coat between appointments and he loves everyone there. I can't say enough good things about this place! Even though I've been bringing my dog to molly at the Tailwagger for years, it has never crossed my mind to leave a review. I came on here to leave this review about this wonderful place but a recent review caught my attention and I just have to say something. I'm talking about you, "D.L"... to assume that molly can't keep staff is very rude. It seems like nowadays, you won't find a place that isn't short staffed. Why would the dog groomers be any different? That doesn't mean she can't keep her staff. I've been coming to her for years and I have always seen the same people working there. Some people just need to learn what patience and kindness are.

Thank you for your response Molly. after you hung up on me, I left two unreturned messages, so it's good to get a response here. I "m sure Covid is causing undue stress on business owners, and I understand that. Your routine staffing problems must cause tremendous stress . Not sure where you are getting that you fired me as a client, but I'm certainly ok with your response. You have a great clientele and you are selective regarding the pets you take and when. Fortunately pet owners have that option as well. I wish you only the best and I sincerely hope you get your unfortunate staffing issues resolved. It will help you a lot. Molly is the best in the business. I lived in Laguna for years and she has always been my "go-to" groomer... she treats my dogs like family. I recently moved away, and still schedule bi-weekly appointments and travel back 45 minutes each way, because I couldn't imagine taking Olivia anywhere else.
