I had an excellent experience with Ms. Norma at the Laguna Beach post office. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive to all my needs. Her professionalism and warm attitude made what could have been a stressful task much easier. It’s rare to encounter such outstanding customer service, and Ms. Norma truly went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I highly recommend her and the Laguna Beach post office to anyone looking for top-notch service. Thank you, Ms. Norma, for your kindness and dedication!

Oh my gosh they are SO RUDE! Even i came with an empty office and the lady has the time to answer my questions she was very unwelcoming. It’s sad receive this treatment specially in a small city as is Laguna Beach

I have lived in Laguna for 12 years and 99% of the time I go into the post office, the people that work there are rude and unfriendly (esp the lady, does it hurt to smile occasionally?). If they don't like their job, maybe they should find another one? It's ridiculous

I’m embarrassed to live in Laguna Beach and have this as my local post office !??. The staff are SO RUDE, unhelpful, no smiles. In fact they make it their mission to make your experience difficult!! For goodness sake if you are that unhappy get another job where you don’t interface with the public!!!!!!! Every time I go in it’s the same and I only go in when I absolutely have to. Other post offices like Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, SJC and Costa Mesa are quite the opposite! So friendly and helpful. Take note Laguna Beach!

Wow. There is one woman in particular whom makes trying to send a package way more difficult than it needs to be. Beyond rude, careless, and seems to go out of her way to ensure you have a bad day. We will never go back to our local post office here because of her and her terrible customer service! We now go to My Laguna Office, as the owner, Lauren, is a true gem who cares about you.

I haven't found any mail in my mailbox in a month. The mailbox here is now sealed so you can't even mail a letter. I don't know why this facility is even open.

I wish I didn't have to go to this post office but it's local. The customer service is not friendly actually very rude. Seems to be very consistent it's not the first time.

Drivers are so unprofessional, IF they decide to leave my package, they leave it in the street at the top of the driveway or leave it on my neighbors wall. I have a flag lot and on other days they'll leave a note in the mailbox that I wasn't available for delivery and return my packages to sender. They don't even bother to come down the driveway to the front door to see if I'm actually available. The good thing is Karma doesn't miss their address.
