There is always a long line and one, hardly two tellers. Why? Tellers are the lowest paid employees of any bank, hire people, give them an opportunity and serve your customers. For a simple transaction, I have to wait and wait in line. So does every other customer!

WF is still continuing unethical practices. Robbed me of a good amount of interest because they hold your money for two weeks before applying any promotional interest rates. Even while the premier banker sat in front of my face and told me it would not happen again, it did! And corporate’ won’t fix it - likely because this is their next scheme. Why is this bank still in business after all their illegal activities!!? Stay away.

Wells Fargo goes above and beyond. I walked away from my withdraw in a hurry to do laundry and a month later they have noticed and returned my cash. You are Wonderful.

The five stars are for the great customer service that Daniel Vigar provided. Thanks for helping me sort my account. I recommend setting up an appointment when handling problems with your account. The ladies at the front counter were no help at all but the gentleman who I had my appointment with really saved me.

Marvaw was extremely helpful & patient helping me cash in my savings bonds. Especially considering I do not have an account with Wells Fargo and was turned away when trying to cash them at my own bank (Chase). It was a lengthy process & they still took the time to help.Thanks again to the Wells Fargo Laguna Team ❤️

I would rate this branch less than 1 star. Unexpected bank closures, poor , inexperienced, incompetent, and unprofessional, customer service. I will be doing my banking needs elsewhere. A total corporate failure. No wonder the Feds have been auditing/scrutinizing and fining this bank at a corporate level.

So I can give you my credit card ...but you will make me sit in corner and use a mask that doesn't prevent spread any contamination of anything aswell as being rude . Looks like you guys want to belittle us

Just had very unsatisfying visit to Wells Fargo. My husband and I arrived to open a savings for our infant grandson who lives in another state. Greeted nicely and brought to first desk. When they looked at the account realized we have banked over twenty years with substantial investments, which I now am considering pulling, she wanted the bank manager to handle this transaction. I had all our Id's and a clear photo the baby's SS card. They refused to open the account without his physical card. If I didn't have my ID , multiple accounts that the money was coming from our withdrawing money without physical I'D I get the security. This is someone not using grey matter. Fidelity has served me well with these accounts in the past so we will go back to them.

I love Wells Fargo.....Just not this branch. While the building is historic and beautiful, the mentality of the workers is awful. With 5 people in line and two tellers, they decide to close a line. I look around and there are 4 workers just talking among themselves....oh is 5:45....almost quitting time.... When the teller finally gets around to it, I teller this is the worst branch I had been in. She asks if I would like to speak with a manager and gives me some song and dance about policy....."well sir...Just have a set and we will locate the manage.".....forget they had wasted enough of my time.....toldthem iw would call corporate aa d let them know...... Bottom line.....This branch sucks! Avoid Laguna Beach Wells....

1 is too high, should be ZERO for lack of kindness. I am not a member. I went to the bank to get 2 $50 's in exchange for a $100 bill! They would NOT do it because I am not an account holder with the bank! I understand "rules", I also understand rules CAN be altered! Bottom of the bucket for this bank! Union Bank is a better choice!
