Service has gone down hill the last few years. I was just in there today and came across 4 employees- all of who were unfriendly. It's convenient at times and carries a couple things we like, but typically shop elsewhere now.

5 stars for the staff. Not quite sure why there are so many negative reviews. Everyone has always been nice and helpful to me when I stop in. Even gone above and beyond at times. I do find the choices to be limited as far as ready made food compared to larger WFs in other locations but it's to be expected I would say for the size of this store.

Just did return for Amazon and the machine was out and the young lady who is helping us looks pissed to be here. This place always has horrible customer service. I need your help.

First time leaving a grocery store in my life because I can't stand the uninterrupted aggressive acustical garbage coming out of the speakers.AMAZON: Fire the musical analphabets who intoxicate WHOLEFOOD's employees and customers with that acustical pollution.Ask your employees what they think.Find yourself people who know music. And include a feedback option about "store music" and other relevant service categories in your counterproductive and meaningless feedback mechanism.

Whole Foods is a very nice, very pricey, trendy grocery store and more. It caters to the people in this very beautiful community. The produce is very fresh and of high quality. "Healthy Food" is the term often associated with markets like this one. It has a large selection of specialty items, such as gluten-free, fat-free, unsalted, and others for different dietary needs. It carries many items that are not available in the more common grocery stores like Ralph's or Vons.It is a fits well in this community. The personnel are polite and helpful. There is a very good selection of beer, wine, and liquors plus a small eating area. Their prepared meals are excellent and made for easy take out, although I do not recommend the pizza. The breakfast bar is excellent, but priced by the pound so be careful loading up your choices.I highly recommend this Market and would shop there more often if it was more affordable.

Have gone to Whole Foods 5 times in the last several weeks during the middle of the day. Each time I have tried to purchase an açai bowl and every time they tell me "oh I'm sorry we can't do that as it's frozen" this last time, it was 1 o'clock in the afternoon. Either take the product out of the freezer when you open in the morning or take it off your menu!

The good: I came to get food for my toddler to eat because she wouldn't eat what we had for lunch at a nearby cafe. I got green beans, potato wedges, macaroni and cheese and penne pasta from their hot food bar and got a peanut butter and coconut health cookie bag (brand was called Emmy). The cookies were delicious and soft. My toddler ate all of the foods I chose. You pay by the pound ($11-12 per pound) so I was able to mix small amounts of everything into a sampler box. The workers were friendly toward my kids. The bad: My toddler didn't like the cookies for some reason. This location is smaller than your average Whole Foods so the hot bar is also smaller and there are fewer registers. The green beans could've been cooked a little longer. The interesting: They have multiple entrances on opposite sides of the store.

I was on a hunt for some good honey and I found it here. Malibu Honey has a really good flavor and texture. This Whole Foods is small but they have a good selection of produce and wine. They also have some delicious cakes and desserts. The workers are very nice and friendly.

Worst employees ever ...they seem to be taught to ignore the customer ! Try to get their attention when you want a slice of pizza or something from the deli or juice bar.....good luck !

what happened to hospitality and customer service of Laguna Beach? I've been in the store several times as I live here and nobody seems to like their job. They're moody and toss things around like they're mad at you.

Every location I've been to has fantastic service and food that feels good to put in my body. It's fine that some locations are smaller than others. It's just common sense that older locations will be different from newer locations. Best grocery store

I've been coming to this Whole Foods in Laguna Beach since March 1 of Year 2010* and never once had a issue heating up my sandwich when purchasing my sandwich with EBT* but now it's like $15 cash nah that's not it I'll pass . ..1
