It is very nice to have a friendly staff and they tell you about new deals. The reason why I come here many times and get my cheese pizza and big gulp is because the staff is helpful to the customers.

There is a lady who works here, 30 somethin, Asian? or Hispani, extremely rude. Grumpy face, no greeting, no thank you. Today, after a purchase; I asked for two $5 bills, sorry, no change, ok could I have singles and a $5. No, I could see change....been going there for 30 years and this is what you get. A bitter employee who hates her job, customers....

The most horrible experience ever... The Asian lady that works there who goes by Ana is extremely rude person. when asked if they had pizza, I was met with sarcasm and told she wouldn't heat one up to look somewhere else. after my coworker went inside the store to buy coffee cups and again met with sarcasm was told she doesn't sell cups or even individual coffee cups, honestly how does this establishment make money when they have someone working who scares away all the costumer and doesn't want to be there?? Please fix this..

This is the quickest service 7-11 in my opinion, the line never takes long and the store is always clean. Anu has been the best for years she knows exactly what I want and is always willing to check any back stock. Thanks!

I got "banned" from coming back because I complained about the flavored hot coffee spewing out dirty, brown murky water and wasting 3 coffee cups ROFL! the Filipino/Mexican girl was so PO-ed. because you can't do your job and clean the machines and actually make the coffee your mad at me? trust me you couldn't pay me to come back. The fact that you can't even spell cappuccino - but instead spell it "Capachino" - is also more hilarious. Very sad I didn't get a picture of that. But it goes to show the level of education you have. Go ahead and ban me if it makes you feel better. But do your job and take constructive criticism - or are those terms too broad for you as well? Or just keep your nose on your phone because that's more important. Hope you read this because you refused to listen to me while I was there. For those reading this, I had a coupon for free coffee otherwise I wouldn't come here. Reading the "caramel capachino" already had a negative impact on me. 1st cup spewed out chunks of white clots, which I assumed was the "sugar" along with brown liquid water. Like diarrhea and not even coffee/creamer color. 2nd came out yellow water. Like wtf is this? Third cup went back to diarrhea color. Nope not going to drink that. Disguised I opted for the mango hot chocolate because that was the only other flavor that sounded mildly interesting. That came out normal. So if you decide to come here for coffee, don't. I threw the 3 cups away and the clerk pulled it out and told me I'm not allowed to do that. even though the diarrhea was literally leaking onto the counter lol. Okay. If I'm wrong for doing that - message me, Id love to know. Otherwise, risk your life and get diarrhea for drinking diarrhea.

I came here today with my 10-year-old daughter because she was so excited that it was 7-Eleven day and she had seen advertisement that they were giving away fleet free slushy's. When we got to the store I had even called before and they said yeah, they were giving away free slushy's. There was a big sign at the door that said the slushy machine is down. But when we got inside, the machine was actually functional and when my daughter tested it, the guy came up from the counter, and said no, the machines down don't get any. It's the worst advertisement and worst service. I felt so bad for her because she was so excited and looking forward to this all day!!!! It's too bad, because I was actually gonna buy a few other things when I was there, including a few lottery tickets but how horrible of a business management that a lot of people were getting deterred because they were there and excited for the stupid slushy. I ended up walk away with nothing.

If I was actually able to shop here I could've rated my experience but instead I was kicked out of the store IMMEDIATELY after an elderly man came up to me saying that "there's no dogs allowed here it's been like that for 2 years you should know that, no cheating!" Maybe if he would've actually asked me instead of assuming, he would've learned that my dog IS a registered service animal, as a seizure alert dog! I was so embarrassed by the way he spoke to me that I decided not to say anything and just left. I'm not sure if he was employed by 7-11 as he didn't have a uniform on or if he was just another customer, but regardless he overstepped my boundaries by getting in my face and treating me as if i was a teenager. That'll be the last time I go there!

The owner works with Aliso Viejo towing to tow your car and WON'T EVEN WAIT THE 15 MINUTES TO TOW YOUR CAR! He is very rude and doesn't have a thoughtful bone in his body. Based on the previous reviews he seems to be the same person everyone has a problem with. I don't even know how he is still in business with how terrible his store is. Drive an extra minute down the way to avoid this store.

This is the worst 7-11 store in the area. The employees don't know how to apply points accumulated on the 7-Eleven app towards your purchase. Also, all 7-11 stores are supposed to accept the Marlboro mobile app point credits towards purchase, but this store employees screw those up too. You lose $1.50 mobile coupon towards cigarettes because the employee messes up the transaction. Then, when you point out their error, they refuse to correct or or give money back when they overcharge for items that app points should be applied towards. They get hostile and tell you they can't do anything and for you to contact corporate through the app to get a resolution. Corporate then apparently contacts the store, owner/manager "Gar" who in turn disciplines the employees. The employees become even more hostile and blame the problem on customer. In my case, I was told by the employees they would not provide me service because I used the 7-11 app coupons and complained too much to corporate. A few days later I came into the store to talk to manager owner Gar about the situation, specifically about the several overcharges for items that should have been discounted or app coupons applied towards free items. As well as the employee telling me they would not correct their error and for me to contact corporate, through the app. Gar then tells me to come in when those employees are working because they said I complained about them too much to corporate and he would be the only one who would help me, "with all due respect". That was over a year ago and I have not been back since. I'm fairly easy going and will typically brush off the occasional error for being overcharged a small amount. But when the errors are consistent and I'm then consistently told by the employee to contact corporate through the app to get resolution, to never receive a response, and a franchise owner who doesn't want my business and tells me not to return because I complained too much, then I will go out of my way to oblige.

RUDE I have been shopping 7/11 for over 30 years. NEVER such RUDE UNKIND horrible mean spirited service than today with ANN. She should work in a mortuary if she doesn't care about people
