Rude Becky lady at AAA Laguna branch February 23rd 2024 saying loudly let's get the eff out of here to her co worker. I looked over shocked I couldn't believe my ears she didn't seem like the type of person would be yelling that. Also I paid for my policy and I asked for a receipt by email and my agent never gave me a receipt still to this day I didn't get a receipt. Also a little over a year ago I was overcharged mileage by sea country and towing through AAA and when I asked for another company to tow the vehicle because they were price gouging on the mileage the AAA agents completely refuse me service for approximately 5 hours I basically had to call repeatedly over the phone for them to still send the sea country. I overpaid and tow driver left me stranded at the mechanic shop and I had to pay $30 extra to get home. disgusting behavior. AAA should be ashamed of themselves.

This AAA rocks! So professional and easy to deal with! Dana Mullaney, Nikola Mesinkovski and Rosie were AAAMAZING to work with. They helped with insurance, trip planning and car registration. Couldnt be more grateful to their expertise, courteousness and customer service. Thanks! AF

Website sucks. Searched website for Global entry information. Info came up with oversized fonts and screen so can’t view entire information.If you want convenience in taking care of your car registration it’s great.Forget the website.

Both my sons came to this location and I requested the same teachers. One was Penny who was so knowledgeable and patient, and the other was Daniel because I needed a particular day and time, and my son really liked his demeanor as well. Its really good training and if you have AAA membership, it's a good deal. You can sign up for extra classes too, like night driving, though my sons both just did the basic required course

Great customer service, very helpful for DMV registration renewals, and there are many services such as life insurance, travel, theme park and movie theater ticket discounts.

We are longtime members of AAA. Well over 40 years and in those 40 years I have never seen such poor service as I saw this morning at the AAA in Laguna Hills California. We walked in asking for some Mabs for an upcoming trip and probably were told they didn't exist. However, we found them on our own. In addition we found a book we wanted to purchase. We handed it to the host at the front he took the information and said now take a seat and wait for somebody they can check you out. It was not a busy day at AAA. It reminded me of communist Russia where you go to three or four lines to get something done that could be done in one moment. The host of the front didn't want to get up off. His chair could easily with his computer and cash register taking our money for the book, the woman who we finally talk to couldn't figure out how to charge for it. The final result was she said take the book! The result was good, but I'm sure I'm disappointed in a long time membership with AAA.

Had the best experience at this location and I wish I remembered the gentleman's name who helped me because he went above and beyond! I came in for a title transfer/registration for a car. Check in was a breeze, I waited max maybe 5 minutes, and was out without 20 minutes. Honestly 100x better than going to the DMV - we all know the deal there so if you're a AAA member opt for this instead.

I have been with AAA for over 8 years now. I have to give a huge thanks to Jeff Meziere for always going above and helping me whenever I have a question or need to make a change. If you ever have any questions, Jeff is your guy. He is very attentive and knowledgeable. He is one of the main reasons why I’ve stuck with AAA. Keep up the good work Jeff!

Lisa in DMV Saved me! 20 minutes before the office closed I realized I did not have my current registration and sticker. She swiftly got me a replacement and I was on my way before the store closed. She was efficient and friendly completely recommend this location

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I've been a member for 7 years, I finally needed to use the service as my truck is stuck half way across the highway. The service rep lost her temper at me because my Bluetooth was handing off my call to my truck, so there was the agent asking "hello" and me saying "I can hear you". She blew up on me, and I asked for her supervisor and she left me on hold waiting, it's been nearly an hour waiting for her supervisor to pick up the call while my truckIs across. So, 90 minutes later, my AAA tow truck still hasn't been dispatched. So far, three calls into AAA to get service. I'll be canceling my membership. I don't know what I'm paying for.

I had never sold a car privately to another person, it was so easy. We were out in 15 minutes and the buyer was registered a could pay all the fees and have Temp plates. Wow!
