We live out of town, so when it came time to find assistance for mom and dad I knew we needed someone we could trust. As dad’s care needs increased and we needed full day and night care, you managed it all beautifully and compassionately. At our initial meeting, we met Tarun who was highly professional, courteous and client-oriented. He provided us with a list of qualities we could expect from our caregivers. He made it very clear that I was to notify the office at any time we felt we were not appropriately being cared for. Our caregiver is excellent! She is dependable and self motivated. She takes great care of our dad and helps with basic household chores. The company has been very cooperative with necessary scheduling changes. The service has been a wonderful much needed break for my wife and I who are busy working from home & homeschooling our kids during the pandemic. Thank you Acti-Kare for your assistance.

Very well managed and professionally run company. Owner took the time to understand the needs of my mother-in-law. Caregiver assigned to assist my mother-in-law was very patient, sensitive and professional. Fantastic Caregiver company, specially under the current new management. They are very professional, trustworthy, empathic with their patients. Hanna is by far the worst care giver at this company. The rudest meanest person with a very poor attitude. I am surprised they have people like her working at the company ! It’s really shocking. She is rough and mean with the patients, not compassionate and doesn’t understand what people are going thruWhat happened to this company... they really need to review their hiring practices

We are very thankful for Acti-Kare’s in helping my in-laws. During the beginning of covid lockdown, we were in search of help for my in-laws, who live in a retirement community. The agency was recommended by friends. At the time, Lori ran the service and we had great experience with her. She loves what she does and really cares about providing top service to people who they care for. Every household has its unique needs and we are no different. She’s very responsive, flexible and a great listener. She tailored their service to exactly what we need. The staff from the agency is very professional, we had no issue with her. She’s punctual with good hygiene. My in-laws were very satisfied with her service. we only needed 6 month of service. No change of staff during the period, which is nice. I had several pleasant conversions with new owner Tarun as well. He’s very nice and genuine. Overall, we are very happy that Acti-Kare was there to help my in-laws during this difficult time. My ailing mother is receiving outstanding in-home care from Acti-Kare's personal care giver, Dori. Further, working with the new owner Tarun is easy and a pleasure. They are very responsive with any questions we have, and have been particularly helpful in facilitating the billing process with our insurance company.

Service - ExcellentCare - Top notchMy dad got out of the hospital and needed some non-medical care at home. I was very skecptical about the care he can get at home vs a nursing home. A coworker recommended Actikare in Laguna Hills. A big thank you to the staff who is very compassionate about what they do. Very polite and considerate people. Highly recommmend their services for your loved ones.

When my daughter needed help to come home from a hospital, Acti-Kare right away stepped in to help. Lori had tremendous patience dealing with ever-changing discharge date! Lori and Brenda met my daughter when she was released and provided excellent care. Knowing they are there to call on again if needed has also given me so much comfort! Thank you!
