Advanced Pharmacy Solutions is contracted with many IPA groups that our office is contracted with. They always deliver patient's medications in a timely manner and working with their pharmacists and staff is always a pleasure! Before we found this pharmacy, it would take months to get medication delivered to our office. We are so glad we found this pharmacy and we wonder why not all pharmacies can be like them.

Highly recommend this pharmacy for your specialty medications. I love them so much and wish every CVS, Walgreens, or big chain could take notes from them. They do prior authorizations, helped me with copay assistance, and their pharmacist Thomas is awesome. I think I rambled on and on with him for over an hour and he listened to everything I said. He made me feel heard and not rushed. It is great to know that some pharmacies still care and just don't treat you like a number.

Tara is amazing! She is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating, and always responds in a timely manner. Yamil is very kind, helpful and took time to explain all our equipment to me (multiple times too). Highly highly highly recommend this company, they know their stuff. I have nothing negative to say!

The pharmacy staff here are extremely friendly. Some of my parent's medications are very expensive but the APS team helped them to apply for co-pay assistance without us even asking. I am extremely satisfied with the service we received and will continue to use this pharmacy

I have been taking two injectables for my rheumatoid arthritis since November last year and was using a specialty pharmacy which was not always easy to work with but since it was through my insurance network, I felt I had no choice but to stick with this pharmacy. Two weeks ago, when it was time for my refill, I was informed by my ex-pharmacy that they are no longer contracted with my insurance network. I was not happy as I was already due for a refill. My doctor's office worked with my insurance network and let's just say it was a week and a half of chaos! Third time's a charm... literally, after going through 3 different specialty pharmacies, we found the perfect one - Advanced Pharmacy Solutions! From the moment my doctor's office called and spoke with Mina, we knew this is the pharmacy that truly cares about its customers and will go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Mina is extremely friendly and professional. Not only was Mina quick to respond, but she follows up! I also had a conversation with Pheona who was also very courteous and friendly. I have to say Advanced Pharmacy Solutions provides top-notch customer service! I am so blessed to have found this pharmacy! It makes a huge difference for a person like me who has a very busy schedule to work with a pharmacy that makes my life easier! Thank you, Team Advanced Pharmacy Solutions!

I’ve had the best customer service so far even though I wasn’t with them for that long. I’m not sure if I’m even writing the review where I’m supposed to but I really wanted to say how sweet Jamil was to me and so patient since the beginning. Great customer service I’m satisfied!

I've been familiar with this company for a long time. They provide care and they take on their patients as family. I know this from my experience with them. They care and do whatever they can. Any patient or parent would be fortunate to be paired with them.

Awesome specialty pharmacy. My doctor referred me to them and they took care of everything. Pharmacy did the prior authorization for me and even helped me sign up for copay assistance. Can’t thank them enough and definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with prior authorizations or copay assistance.

They are terrible at keeping up with the schedule and request of any meds for patients. This is my 2nd yr with them and they have screwed it up for my son when he was and infant and now as a toddler. They contact you saying they are processing the injection and are scheduling a nurse to come out and provide the injection at home services. And days passed by where no one contacts you nor come for services. Until I called to find out what was going on they said it was too late to do the in home services the meds would have to be provided to the peds so they have inject. They failed to send the meds to the peds for days. Find yourself a differ pharmacy Med needs.

Thought I’d take a moment to shout out this company for their exceptional service and committed communication. Our family has had some medical ups and downs. Advanced Pharmacy has helped my wife and child with medical equipment, supplies and knowledge. We’re grateful for all the help they have given and continue to give us. We also appreciate how they go above and beyond to help us out when we need them (hospital or at home visits). We couldn’t have asked to be paired with a better DME company. Frank the guy who helps with my monthly supplies always forget to ship a lot of stuff i need to be calling monthly to tell him what he forgot to send me. And still do not sending my supplies. It looks like he does not care about the customers he does not pay attention for what you need, he is very unprofessional, PEOPLE please STAY AWAY from this company you will thank me later.
