Not affordable or even willing to help. Like so many other shelters they have a ton of excuses.

Looks like the new owner cares more about money then they care about the animals. I'll no longer take my dogs here.

No idea what it cost. I get that they want to see the animal, first, but they can give ball-parks, based on a few key questions, otherwise it seems like a waste of everyone’s time…. They were courteous and friendly on the phone. The review is only because of obscure and non-ball-park-range pricing.

Worst place to go to ,, hidden charges then claim they were disclosed claiming worker has been there for years and would have mentioned it .. argued and implied I was lying that it was never told those charges would be made , terrible management as she implied I was a liar . , terrible ,poor service overly crowded .. horrible experience I’d recommend finding a more reputable place . I’d give negative stars if the option was available

Terrible was quoted $390 on the phone when I made an appointment for neutering when I got there the price had changed to $469. This is so wrong on so many levels!!!!!

Went to get my husky neutered yesterday, made the appointment 4 months prior because of how affordable the price was, (quoted $215 over the phone with bloodwork and a cone for after surgery) everything seemed perfect as they had called us over the phone a week before to confirm the appointment. Upon arrival I filled out paperwork and noticed the price was $310 (without bloodwork & $11 surcharge for a cone). I had told the man at the counter that I was quoted exactly $215; and he'd told me, "Oh yeah, the price went up about 2 months ago." WHAT?! AND NO ONE BOTHERED TO TELL ME? As this was money I'd been saving for this exact day. I asked if they could honor the price since I made the appointment a very while back ago and had been saving for it and I got told no straight out. I asked if I could talk to a manager or doctor and the guy went to go get "someone" and he came back not even 10 seconds after saying that "they" didn't want to speak to me and what ever price on paper is what it is! ABSOLUTLEY POOR SERVICE and I had no absolute choice but to scrounge up money I had to pay these people for the unexplainable $95 difference since my dog is hitting a year old next month and it'd take another few months for an appointment anywhere else. Went to go pick him up but when we got home his legs were absolutely infested with fleas... TERRIBLE, I WOULDNT RECOMEND TAKING YOUR PET HERE, as it seems as a common occurrence on misinformation and price change, as when we first walked in the first 10 minutes of waiting there, there was already two customers very concerned for their situations as well.

This is one of the only affordable spay and neuter clinics in the oc. Though their waitlist is very long they do an excellent job. They also support 501c and really care about helping rescues that are just trying to save homeless animals. This animal hospital has integrity and actually care about more than just their bottom line.

My cat had surgery here today, brought him in exactly for a crypt-orchid surgery. I live a little far from this vet so once I got there to pick him up, they said they didnt have any cones that would fit him and handed me a bigger once, instructing me to "cut it to his fit". Once we had got home with him, his stitches had started bleeding and we had to rush to a Emergency Hospital. Point im trying to make is how does a vet who has performed such an intense surgery, not send the pet on its way without a proper cone? And how do they expect me to watch my cat to see if he messes with it while on the long drive home? It just doesn't make sense that they do not have cones to fit different sized animals. Absolutely blows my mind. Luckily we noticed the bleeding as soon as he was let out of the crate and took him to the nearest emergency hospital.
