Update
The studio reached out to me and I was able to enroll my daughter in the class. She's been so excited ever since the first class and is going to love it 😀
Original review
My daughter really enjoyed her introductory class last month, and we were eager to sign her up for June. When we inquired about enrollment, the teacher specifically told us it was too early to enroll but that the time slot we wanted was available. We were instructed to wait until closer to June and were assured someone from the studio would contact us to finalize enrollment. Since no one ever reached out, I called the office on May 27th to get her enrolled. To my dismay, I was informed that the class was completely full. It was a big surprise, especially since we learned there had been a family on a waitlist for that same spot since April, a detail that was never communicated to us during our May visit.

My girls LOVE this place! They love that Miss Brittany is so funny and kind. She is patient & supportive when kids need encouragement. So friendly and full of energy! I love the portal…user friendly and their makeup policy/system is flexible and convenient. Best part is how much fun my kids have and how they are learning so much!

My three kids have always wanted to do art, but we struggled to fit it into our schedule and budget. We finally started them at the ages of 11, 9 and 9. It’s been less than a year, but I’ve already seen their skill and confidence grow so much. They talk about how excited they are for their next art class as soon as I pick them up! We love that the classes are 1.5-hours long and are so grateful for their wonderful teachers. It’s great that you can easily schedule make-ups up to 3 hours before the class online.
We’ve done classes at different times during the week and the staff is always flexible, friendly, professional and patient.
It also gives me a good excuse to pick up dinner at Terra Mia pizza across the parking lot :-). Thank you ArtSteps!

I came to this class with all the anxiety and self doubt that caused me to quit my pursuit of art when I was young. I've since found the confidence, comfort, and clarity to now love paint and pencil. This is thanks to amazing teachers like Rashika and a methodology that strips away hesitancy one step at a time.Art Steps is the school I've been looking for for so many years. You are surrounded by other students creating true masterpieces. You might at first think, "I could never do that." like I did, but I soon saw results in my own work that proved those initial thoughts wrong. So wrong. I now can reproduce techniques on a weekly basis from a project's beginning to end and with constant improvements.I've been a student now for half a year. These classes are my moment of peace and happiness during a week of stress. I look forward to the next as soon as one ends.

Used to come here for art class and stopped because the teachers always tell me and my two friends to STOP TALKING. Meanwhile there were two other girls talking louder than us yet they still didn’t get in trouble. And then one of the teachers asked my friends if they had FAMILY ISSUES. This made us stop coming here. You can’t straight up assume someone has family issues and even if it was true why ask that kind of question.

Our 5 year old grandson was bored during this 5 day camp. The drawings created were rather simpler, he does more at home watching Bob Ross on TV...

The staff is amazing! Miss Sarah pulled me aside to speak about my daughter's change in attitude. She noticed how she wasn't as engaged nor excited when she moved from watercolors to oil. Had a nice chat w my daughter who told me she just honestly doesn't like oils, which is fine. But what really stood out was Miss Sarah's keen eye. She noticed my daughter wasn't her usual self & right when we got home she ended up throwing up. My daughter is fine, just a slight 24 hour bug, but huge thanks to the attentive staff!

My daughter has been going to Art Steps for almost 3 years now. She has very much enjoyed going to the art classes and clay camps. And we LOVE seeing all the drawings and clay pieces she brings home. The teachers she's had are very patient and easy to work with and the office staff are always so helpful. Would highly recommend!

My daughter has been taking classes at Art Steps for the last 18 months and it is easily her favorite part of the week. We have been so thankful for their extra precautions with Covid. The online classes were amazing, and now that we're back in the studio, we're very happy with the cleanliness and the instruction. Ms Rishica is incredible, she is so sweet and encouraging, and my daughter's art has improved so much! She's only 6 but I'm blown away with what she is able to do with the instruction from Art Steps.

We have been attending art classes at Art Steps for a couple years and have never had a bad experience. Art Steps has been such an awesome experience for my daughter during these uncertain times. The teachers are amazing! They build such a great relationship with the children. They lend a helping hand at just the right times. We shifted to their online program when Covid hit and I can say the level of attention and desire has not dwindled at all. The environment is inviting and constructive. If you're looking for an art program I would 100% recommend to give them a chance. They offer a free introductory class! You won't be disappointed.
