If there was worse rating than 1 star that would be my rating. No concern for problems and no answers. Don't answer the phones. Will not assist anything or find someone to help with the problem

First Citizens Bank has the WORST customer service in the known world. Yesterday I spent 55 minutes on hold and then they hung up on me. Their website doesn't work and won't allow you to e-mail them, which I guess I understand since the website is so poor. I'll now on hold again while I write this review. This bank when it was One West was terrific. And the people at the new branch also do a good job. But First Citizens Bank's internet service is simply the worst.
