WHAT A JOKE! In the middle of a week day management turns customers away saying their teller is out to lunch. Really?! First, why is there only a single teller, and then why is not someone covering the windows during lunch breaks?! This is a very BAD BRANCH as they consistently have tech issues, like the atm is down, the atm doesn't give your debit card back and you have to call customer service to reset it, on your own time the branch lobby is closed. Also, deposits have delays due to technical issues. A BIG WASTE OF TIME!

I deposited a check and they gave me the papers with the dates of the credit, but none of the dates were correct, when I went to the bank they said to wait another two days. do not use this bank

I never write a review, but last week I went to this BoA and It was so quite, not busy at all and they gave me a 5 star service, I don't live close by but I will drive a bit farer to get this type of service

I had the bad experience Farin Dadnam, to any questions I asked related to my checking accounts she tell me to call a call center and ask them. Even Can I make a payment to my business credit card by cash. She seemed she is sleepy and no intentions to work, passive aggressive. Zero Custumer service.

Staff is really friendly and helpful. But technology surely need upgrade. The machines to input info are not working properly and so do some computers. Megan was really helpful.

Staff is great, but B of A doesn't care about their customers they only care about making money off you, their fees are expensive and they say you'll get a no charge account but then we end up paying for both accounts at really high rates, I closed 2 accounts and took them to First Bank in Aliso, but bofa is losing all my accounts gradually... so much cheaper fees at the other bank, and staff is super friendly, you guys should go there trust me better cheaper banking without the corporate fees... you got apps too!!!

This bank is NOT my bank!! I hate BOA because my rent is due today and they were closed at 4 pm on a Friday!! Not open now on Saturday!! What a con job they are!!!! Everyone should go elsewhere, I love my US BANK!!!! This bank on Paseo Valencia TOTALLY SUCKS!!!

Today we took our grandson in to set up some things for him. Javier was there to assist us. First, he was very patient as we explained what we had in mind, second, he had some very practical and sensible suggestions and third, he took time to include our 20 year old grandson in the discussion. This is why we have stayed with BOA for all these years--excellent customer service at a personal level. Javier was exactly the person our grandson needed to hear from regarding his financial planning, informative, clear and down to earth. We left feeling very encouraged with future plans and very pleased with our time with Javier, he was very helpful.

Went in for a simple PIN reset. Took 45 mins. There is no sense of urgency or concern for a stupidly long wait for rather rudimentary banking requests. Would steer clear unless you don't care about wasting precious life while they take their sweet time.

I should of checked the stars rating before I went here. But honestly 2 is a surprise. The people are just sitting around while they have around 3 people in line not helping anyone. Also arguing with the customer stating she was doing something wrong instead of helping the situation. Disappointed they need better employees and management.
