I was disappointed when I read (on the menu) that Chick-fil-A uses canola oil ?️ to cook their chicken breast & corn oil ? for cooking their waffle fries. Both these oils, especially when heated, are ultra unhealthy carcinogens!! I lost my appetite when I noticed it on the menu and won't be going back.

Usually, we eat at the restaurant. This time we decided to take it home. The line of cars was long but they had 3 order takers walking from car to car, which really sped things up. We got our food, exactly as ordered, in good time and cheerfully delivered to our car. This restaurant and the people who work here are truly awesome.

A $10 Truett's Book was added to my order when I never ordered such thing. I didn't even know they sold books. And I didn't see no book in my bag of food. The drive thru worker that took my order made a mistake. I went in to ask for a refund. Some manager by the initials of K.N. said a pathetic sorry, took her sweet time to fix the mistake, and after around 15 minutes of waiting in the lobby, gave me back $10 and just left. I did not even get a sincere "thank you for waiting this long" or a "here is something from us for being patient with us." Her attitude was more like, "let's get this over with." From reading the restaurant manager replies in the review section, they won't reach out to me and just reply with an automated message. Remember, to fix mistakes, the restaurant has to go above and beyond to contact the customers, and address the issue. If my message is still here, it's because they never contacted me, which shows that they just don't care about this manager's customer service skills. I've read the reviews about some nasty manager, and it looks like Chick Fil A still hasn't fixed the problem.
