I wish I would have found this pharmacy sooner. They have an excellent staff and are extremely knowledgeable about compounded drugs. The pharmacy that I have been using was taking over a week to fill my prescription, so I decided to try another pharmacy. Custom Healthcare was able to fill it in two hours, and I feel like the quality is better as they specialize in compounding.

Been a customer for about a year. No idea what's going on with the two nasty reviews But if I'd known how awesome Ahn and co are sooner? Never would have bothered messing around with going anywhere else. Her quick wit, sincerely giving a darn and proficiency are unmatched. They go out of their way to look after customers like no other business you'll find.

I have used this pharmacy for years. Im always happy to hear Anh's voice when I call in. She always remembers me, and is so helpful when I don't understand some of the numbers on my lab work, or explaining a prescription to me. She is just the best, and I'm very grateful to have her in my corner.

Anh-Vuong was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me and and I truly appreciate it. She was professional and VERY helpful, I needed my medicine ASSAP and she was able to get it done. Thank you Anh I highly recommend this pharmacy. Thank you so very much!

My holistic doctor sent my prescriptions to this pharmacy for compounding. I spoke with the pharmacist Anh-Vuong Ly on December 27th and told her I would need the meds in time for my morning dose on January 2nd. She assured me she would have them sent to me in plenty of time. On that same day I received a USPS Click-N-Ship notification which indicated that Anh had created a package and it was scheduled to be shipped on 12-27 so I assumed that Anh had indeed shipped my prescriptions. When I didn't receive them in the mail by 12-31, I used USPS Track and Confirm to check the delivery status. I discovered that USPS was "Awaiting Item." Apparently she hadn't even bothered to put them in the mail. I immediately called the pharmacy. They didn't pick up so I left a message. After not receiving a call back, I left two more messages. As I write this I have still not received a response to my messages. That makes me wonder if they're hiding behind their voicemail. Now I'm looking at missing at least one dose of my medications and maybe more if I can't get my doctor to send the prescriptions to another pharmacy first thing tomorrow morning. My holistic doctor is extremely busy, and it's very hard to get through to her office so it's questionable as to when I will be able to get my prescriptions filled. I AM FURIOUS. It's my understanding that missing doses of the prescribed medications is very dangerous. Anh-Vuong Ly's failure to follow through is simply unacceptable. In my opinion, THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN. There is no way I would ever trust Anh-Vuong Ly to compound my medications. Even if she managed to ship them on time, who knows what she might put in them if she's that unprofessional and unscrupulous? It seriously concerns me that this woman is licensed as a pharmacist by the State of California. I intend to file a complaint with the California Board of Pharmacy. So Anh, would you care to explain why you dropped the ball? Are you dishonest or incompetent or both? Why play games? Why not just tell me that you had no intention of sending my prescriptions? You weren't woman enough to return my phone calls, so I don't expect you to be mature enough to answer these questions either. Per the California Board of Pharmacy, Anh-Vuong Ly's license expires on February 29, 2020. I will do everything in my power to make sure it's not renewed so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I have been using Custom Healthcare Compound Pharmacy for a few months. The care and service that I have received is phenomenal. Their personalized care is above and beyond. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff is the reason that I recommend them.

These guys are so helpful and informed about my personal medication. I can ask all the questions I need to and get a thoughtful and helpful response... and they remember me. It's not like a chain pharmacy where you get someone new each time and they're so stressed out that they barely speak to you. They really take take their time to give excellent service. I really can't recommend this pharmacy highly enough.

I've had nothing but good experiences with this pharmacy. Nice, professional, informative, etc. Not sure what the negative reviews are referring to since I have never had an experience even remotely like that here, but both reviews are from 2015 so management/ staff may have changed since then.
