I have gone to this CVS before and usually have to call asking for them to refill my prescription. I have never had any issues, until the last time. I called, and the person I spoke to insisted I needed to call my insurance company because there was an issue. After 3 different times of calling my insurance, them saying there was no issue, but this woman still saying there was, finally someone else picked up the phone. They told me they would look into it and forgot me on hold for 30 minutes until I hung up. Finally, when I called again, they told me there was no issue and I didn’t need to call my insurance company at all. Two hours of my time was wasted because the first woman wouldn’t refer me to someone else or check to see if she was wrong instead of me. I will be picking up my prescriptions elsewhere, because I am not interested in potentially wasting my time again.

I really like the red haired store manager bc she is always so helpful when I come in & professional. I saw her tell a guy he’s not welcome in the store bc he steals evidently & he took a case of beer & pushed her outta the way so he can leave w/o paying, then the police came pretty quickly to find that guy so I give her alot of credit for what she has to do & I think we should all give employees a break if they’re not up to par on a certain day it’s prob bc they work hard on their feet & have to endure the worst customers & for min wage which u can’t live off of so thank u CVS!

The staff and the pharmacists are great. The lines at the pharmacy can get get long because of the surrounding community. But this a major plea to corporate. PLEASE UPDATE THIS STORE ESPECIALLY THE RESTROOMS!!!!

I hardly ever leave poor reviews but I’m writing this in hopes that someone higher up sees this because I have only had bad experiences every time I’ve been to this CVS location. Seems like they are terribly understaffed and the staff they do have are either rude or untrained. I myself have been frustrated being at this store but Laguna Woods has a ton of elderly people so I can only imagine how they feel when they are treated poorly coming here. Hoping for better experiences in the future if I ever have to return.

Truly a nasty place. Like all CVS's, it's understaffed, but instead of understand shift managers, you get the meanest people imaginable. This place was understaffed with one check out open, so I asked if the manager could help out. When she arrives, she said, "I have 4 people up here--what do you want?!" I told her I just wanted to pay and leave and she harassed me. Never go here. I can't see myself going to any CVS again and I spend about $1500.00 a month there for Rx. Such nasty people. This is why no one wants to go to CVS.

This store is well stocked. I can find things fairly easy with by following the signs. If I can't find it, I ask someone, and they send me in the right direction. Thanks to you all.

The most filthy store I have ever been in. This store is close to Laguna Woods which is 55+ community so this would mean that their immune system would be compromised. I went into the bathroom and I was appalled. The floor was awful!! I was afraid to touch anything in there. The store wasn't much better. It is apparent the manager doesn't care about cleanliness or pride in their surroundings. I will be looking for another pharmacy to do business

This must be the slowest service pharmacy in the whole Universe. I was told to wait for a prescription for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the pharmacist asked me to wait for another 20 minutes. I do not understand why they treat customers so poorly.
