My husband was a patient there until 04/06/2023. He had a dialysis on 04/05/2023, and the artery in his fistula ruptured at home on 04/06/2023. He was critical on arrival at the hospital, and it took a two hour surgery to repair the fistula. The vascular surgeon stated that Da Vita was using the same puncture site for needle placement and it weakened the artery wall causing the rupture. Da Vita's repeated defense was that he was a slow healer which caused his artery to burst at home. Why then did they not employ another dialysis procedure? My husband did not recover from the fistula rupture and he died on 04/27/2023.

Super friendly and professional staff! Patients sit in a recliner chair while getting their treatment. Each person gets a tv and headphones. Bring a blanket as it can get a bit chilly. The chairs are not that close to each other so don't expect to have any quiet conversations with other patients. Free wifi!

My Dad goes here. These people are incredible. From mgmt to the nurses to the social worker to the nutritionist, they are all very special people. They made him feel like family from the very beginning.
