I went here to resize my ring and they nailed on the first try!! I am a 5 1/8 ring size (so small!) Anyways I did research for months trying to find where to take it and I couldn’t be happier I took it here! It was also on 30 bucks and was ready in 3 days! 10/10 would recommend!!! Also they said they will clean for free!!!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Diamonds Direct! Judy and Jeff have been absolutely amazing to work with over the years. They helped me create and design my wife’s beautiful engagement ring, our wedding bands, and several pieces of custom jewelry that we’ll cherish forever. They were patient, knowledgeable, and so creative throughout the entire process. The quality is outstanding, and their dedication to customer service is unmatched. Judy and Jeff have earned my trust, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for jewelry.

I had a frustrating experience with this store. I drove an hour and a half (45 minutes each way) to see a watch I found online, intending to purchase it as a birthday gift. I met RJ, inspected the watch, and noticed a minor issue with the crown, which the owner offered to fix. We agreed on a price, shook on it, and I was given a ticket for the watch.
Since then, three weeks have gone by with no updates or progress, despite my repeated follow-ups. I even offered to take the watch as-is to avoid missing the birthday and bring it back later for repairs, but they still didn’t follow through. The lack of communication and reliability has been extremely disappointing. Sadly, I cannot recommend this store.

From a customer's point of view, wake up and smell the diamonds direct. My wife had lost a couple of diamonds from her wedding ring and we had Jeff help us out. We were absolutely floored when we picked it up. My wife didn't think it was her ring. The craftsmanship is P-E-R-F-E-C-T. She thought the entire ring was brand new. I found myself taking a closer look especially after I saw the bill. I had to ask "is this right?" The end results are spectacular.
From a dealer's point of view, I have never met anyone with so much knowledge that is friendly enough to share it as Jeff is. Honesty goes a long way in any business and if you are going anywhere other than Diamonds Direct, you're honestly going to the wrong place. It's not what you know, it's who you know. "No one pays more than Diamonds Direct."

Great Experience! We were introduced to Jeff and Judy by a friend and knew immediately that they were the ones to get our next ring from. Jeff was able to make a custom ring from a sample we brought in and instinctively made small adjustment to make it even better. Great quality, great price and great people. Can't recommend this place enough. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and gave us great information when it came to purchasing rings and even replacing a diamond on my mom's old ring - he practically made it look brand new and she loved it more than the original.
My fiance also purchased my engagement ring and we bought our wedding bands here as well. We are definitely life long customers. Thanks Jeff & Judy!

I'm probably one of Jeff's oldest clients. I got my original engagement ring in 1984, and have had them design 2 additional rings for me. There is nobody better than Jeff. I'll be traveling from Utah next week and will visit him again at that time. Thx Jeff

BEWARE!! I TOOK IN A 14K DIAMOND BRACELET TO GET REPAIRED AND WAS GIVEN BACK A FAKE. I AM HAVING TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY TO GET WHAT IS OWED ME. VERY RUDE PEOPLE AT THIS STORE. NO RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER TO CORRECT WHAT WAS TAKEN FROM ME.

Two weeks before my wedding, I noticed that my engagement ring was severely bent on the sides, and the top was going crooked. I was very distressed, as I had no idea how that happened so I began my search for jewelry repair. After visiting a few places, I found my way to Jeff and Judy at Diamonds Direct. Judy was so kind when we came in and assured me that if anybody could fix it, Jeff could do it. The next day when we spoke to Jeff, he was very knowledgeable and assured me that it could be fixed and not to be too upset. I was leaving in a week and a half for my destination wedding, and he told me he would be able to fix it in a day. I was overjoyed and my ring came back looking like the day it was slipped on my finger. He did a beautiful job and cleaned it up so it looked brand new. He delivered on time and with great expertise. I was so thrilled to have found him and highly recommend Jeff. He also buys gold and gives, a great price. I will definitely be using him in the future.

Jeff Horwich is the owner at Diamonds Direct and he literally lost my 14K gold diamond bracelet. He tried to give me costume Jewlery to cover up that they lost my bracelet. When I received the costume jewelry I confronted him and he denied it and would not replace it or pay me for what I paid for the bracelet. I am having to get a lawyer and take him to court. NEVER NEVER do business here. It is TERRIBLE!! Please check your Jewlery if you have done business with him to make sure your gold and diamonds are real.
