Everyone who works there is always really nice and helpful. We've been picking my grandma's prescriptions here for years, and they always make sure to ask how she's doing and if she needs any refills on anything. They're great!

Very convenient store for me because it is right across the Laguna VA Health care Center, and we can get our prescriptions there if we need to!The two people at the counter working on prescription fulfillment were very nice and welcoming.The store has a lot of stuff, from over the counter medication, to wheelchair and walkers, to special orthopedic shoes. Very interesting the amount of different things that they have available.Store is well organized and easy to get around.

I have used many many pharmacies for prescriptions but I've never found one as fantastic as El Toro pharmacy. Christine and Ed go Way beyond what they're supposed to do to make you comfortable and happyThey are very efficient. If they don't have a product they will have it the next day.

UPDATE: 8/16/22: I get all my shots here. Dr. Christine is just wonderful. So kind and gentle. The pharmacy is so willing to be of service with a wonderful positive attitude. I love shopping at the the drug store too - greeting cards, shampoos, even shoes and accessories like scarves and gifts. And of course the aspirins and senior needs like walkers and grab bars, etc.The staff is SO helpful! So willing to be of service! They are off the charts professional and customer oriented, going out of their way to get you what you need fast, efficiently and with a can-do, friendly approach. I just ordered a hospital bed-side table to deliver to aunt in nursing home and Joe took care of it immediately so she has it by tonight. I order prescriptions and over the counter, toiletry items to be delivered as well as accessibility items and I can count on them to get it done right. They also managed the flu vaccines for the assisted living facility and when I took my mother for it, they were exceptionally kind and gentle with her and explained everything thoroughly. If only every business were like this!! I don't care what the cost is here, though I know it's quite reasonable. You cannot beat this kind of service!!! Highly recommend! UPDATE 3 months later:: love them so much I chose to get all my shots and boosters and everything I can from them - Christine has been wonderful and they ALL have been just great to work with (I don't know everyone's name.). Every time I call they are helpful and get the job done. Whenever the nursing home asks me to get something for my mother, I just call El Toro and it's delivered that day or the next, or they will order it right away.They have other nice things like shoes, greeting cards, gifts - nice things to look at while you wait after a vaccine or for a prescription.

I needed a full sized wheelchair for a week and they only have transporters. I was able to obtain one by driving to another location and El Toro picked it up from my hotel when we left. They were very helpful assisting us in this matter. Fast forward a year later and I am I the same predicament. Now I am on hold, hoping they can find a wheelchair. It seems that this location does not cater to wheelchair needs, as I have had no problem in other parts of the country or world. El Toro is the only store willing to help me.

Great pharmacy! The pharmacist and staff are wonderful! Very caring and attentive! This quality separates this independent pharmacy from the big chains! Highly recommend this pharmacy for your medication and medical supplies needs! Thank you very much for what you all have done!

Best pharmacy and nicest staff of ANY pharmacy I've been to. Love all the extra items they sell. I have purchased 2 pair of shoes and numerous other items. I tell all my neighbors about this little jewel.

Not much to say. They didn't have what I wanted but in the past they were more expensive than other pharmacies. They also have a limited selection.

The pharmacy on Moulton next to Big Lots where Ashish a very helpful young man works. It was a delightful experience . He went out of his way to help my disabled husband. Another time I had a return and his followed up ment that I got a replacement for a faulty item. Please give him praise for the company he works for. Thank you.

The staff is SO helpful! So willing to be of service! I came here for my COVID-19 vaccine and am very pleased with the process. I am familiar with the COVID-19 testing process and thats great but the vaccine process is great too. this pharmacy is doing a great service for the community.

I came to this location for covid-19 drive thru testing and the lady was rude, really bad attitude,like she doesn't like her job,she could be nicer, she speak to me 15ft away, it was hard to heard what she was saying, she treat me different because maybe i have covid, I'm a nurse and work with covid patients all the time and I won't treat them differently, I give my best care. Even the person in front of me was upset of her attitude. I was never treated like this before.
