I had the most incredible experience at FedEx, and I just had to share it with everyone! Let me tell you about Mike, the superstar employee who made my day. After a long and grueling day, I found myself at the FedEx store, feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. But then, like a burst of energy, Mike appeared. He helped me scan and ship my products with such efficiency and enthusiasm that it completely turned my day around. I can't emphasize enough how grateful I am for Mike's help. He went above and beyond, and his friendly demeanor made the entire experience so enjoyable. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers and their work, but Mike is definitely one of those gems.

I needed to print some certificates. We did a sample print and it was dead centered, as soon as I used special paper, it would keep printing off center. Nico to the rescue!! He took the time to re adjust every certificate on his computer for me, and there were like 9 of them!!Thank you SO much, Nico!

I have to write a review because the employees here are great. They actually want to help you!Case in point: I had a very large return that had to be brought to FedEx. One of the employees (I am sorry that I don't remember his name) was taking out the trash and he saw me struggling to get the box out of my car. He came right over and told me to wait, that he would get a cart and would bring the package in for me! Which he did! Everyone else at the store has been super helpful. Had problems printing labels for some items I was returning. The person helping me had issues as well but he worked for about 15 minutes to figure out a solution to get them printed and there was no charge.I buy a lot through Amazon and take my returns to the UPS store on Moulton in Laguna Hills. A few times I didn't get a QR code and needed to have the labels printed. They wanted to charge me $3.50 for each label. And they weren't nice about it. And if I'm struggling to get through the door with several packages, no one comes to hold the door for me or help me. So the kind of service that I have received at the FedEx store really stands out in comparison.I wish Amazon used FedEx!

Melanie and Parker did an amazing job in assisting in a last minute order for several full color prints. They exceeded my expectations by keeping me in the loop with how long it would take as the machine they use needed repairs. I still got my order on time and was incredibly appreciative of their helpfulness. They both should get a raise. :D

Just sent Christmas presents to my daughter in Texas. Some objects were odd size and the clerk (forgot to get his name) spent about 15 minutes finding the right size carton. Very courteous and friendly and great service. Nice to find a shipper who is polite, helpful, and cheerful even in the middle of the Christmas shipping rush.

I personally use FedEx for my business and FedEx has always been my prefer carrier; however, their service at this location is just horrible. I came in today to use their "Happy Return" service and wasn't so happy. I was in line to return the product, when I went up to the return later, she told me to hold then went to another cashier to help another associate who don't know how to process the order for another customer. I waited there for about 10 minutes as she service the customer and then brought the customer over to the station I was waiting on. While I was waiting, the next cashier finished he's customer and instead of helping me because "technically" i was next in line, he decided to help another customer that was behind me. As I stood there and waited patiently, the associate who didn't know how to process the order just started to clean up other packages that was dropped off as I stood there. Finally, after 15 minutes when the original associate I was working with is finished, she then decided to help me. By this time, the associate who didn't know how to process the order went back to the station and proceeded with processing the next customer. I don't get the order of service here. I was there first but I was ignored for a good 15 minutes or so. If I was there first, shouldn't the next associate that's available help me not the next customer? I was standing there for no reasons while other customer either cut in front of me or an associate decided to do other tasks. Awful service. FedEx need to train their staff with order of customer not make one wait while others continue to take on new disinter
