I didn't get all the bloodwork I was hoping to today (I think maybe my doctor's office dropped the ball on the full order), but wanted to write in about my positive experience.
I had to walk-in and was seen after a short wait. I had Leslie draw my blood and I had never had it done so well before. She used a butterfly needle, it was relatively painless, and she quickly extracted several tubes without much fuss. I was shocked at how efficient the process was. She's great and I hope to get her again when I come back. :)

Everytime I've gone to this location there has been some sort of problem. Each time the wait time has been greater than 30 mins with appointments. 3 times out of 4 they did not have the lab order. And one time they did not take enough samples to fully test everything on the order. An absolute headache each time.

You really need to make appointment before you go. Without it, expect to wait an hour at least. Staff member who took me in was nice. One who drew my blood was skilled and did the job in one take . This was pleasant because I often got poked 3-4 times to find my veins. Unless you somehow find street parking spot, parking is not free. I had to pay $2($1 every 30 minutes).

Fariba was great! My appointment was scheduled for 10:30am. I checked in at 10:20 and was in and out by 10:40. The blood draw was quick and painless. Thanks, Fariba!

The Iranian receptionist there, Farika: her English was heavily accented and hard to understand. Leslie, who drew my blood, was mostly indifferent to my complaints about the former even though she was efficient about getting the job done, but was not much for replies. It was so crowded, there was barely any sitting room!! I suspect they have a high turnover rate, seeing they're poorly organized. Bunch of spastics!!!Therefore I don't recommend the Laguna Hills branch to anyone.I'll just take my business elsewhere. ??

Despite being very busy the staff were very professional and quick on their feet. No one is slacking off in this place. Ms Fariba was very helpful in getting my mom taken care of and making sure all her pre-op tests were done correctly. We didn't have an appointment and were in and out in 40-45 minutes.

Arrived 30 minutes early, as I was expecting traffic in the morning driving from San Clemente, as this was the only office to have an appointment within 2 weeks! I did have to check the local offices many times to get an appointment when one opened up. Zara, behind the desk, said no problem being early and she cheerfully checked me in. She was very nice and efficient with check in and ID check. As I was walking away to sit and wait, she called me to go into the #2 room to get my blood drawn. Very cool. I waited a couple of minutes and my phlebotomist, Edgar, came in and even though he was wearing a mask it seemed like he was smiling and welcomed me in a positive tone. That's helpful, as even though I am a large burly male, I really don't like getting my blood drawn! Let's keep that between us. I told Edgar that the previous day I needed an IV and the tech had an issue finding a vein. Still had the bruise from that one. Edgar easily found my vein and with no pain and very quickly it was all done. Thanks Edgar! Even though I have other Labcorps near me, if I have time to schedule I will come back to this location and ask for Edgar and hope that Zara checks me in.

I had an appointment, signed in at the wall area. Lady behind counter had trouble with my insurance card& I’ve been there numerous times….she put my slip in the wrong slot for those whono appointment. I waited 30 minutes. This lab needs to not take walk ins on Saturday as it was before. Attitude of those at counter is horrible. I was there on Oct 14:& I didn’tGet results unto. October 24…what’s going on there?

I needed to get a drug screening done for a job I am starting soon, in the email I received and on their website it says drug screenings can be done between 11:30am-12pm and 1pm-3pm. I showed up just before 11am in order to ensure I could get my screening done as I heard wait times are long and they close from 12-1pm. I was rudely told that they only do drug screenings from 1pm-3pm by the lady at the front desk. I let them know that their website and emails say otherwise, but she would only repeat that they only do them from 1pm-3pm like a broken record instead of offering any other explanation/apology/solutions. I know it's not her decision to make but it's pretty weird I can only pee in a cup for 2 hours out of the day.
