I too have a control substance meditation that Dr. Napoli has to prescribe for me occasionally. I have to see the doctor in order to get the prescription filled. The negative review is unwarranted. The insurance company may not care about seeing this patient in person, but the state licensing board might like to have a doctor see patients prior to ordering up a controlled medication. I don't blame the doctor for insisting on an in-person visit. And it does sound like this person had a negative attitude. Good riddance.I have been seeing Dr. Napoli for 3 years. I am at a stage in life where more things seem to be going wrong. I find her thorough, easy to talk to, understanding and caring.o

Worst Dr. I have ever been to. My husband and I went to see her to establish a primary care doctor. She saw me for 5 min. and disregarded all my concerns. She didn't read my intake paperwork and she told me that I "looked healthy" but I had come in with paperwork stating I had multiple issues that I wanted to be addressed, she then told me I should go see other Drs and gave me a referral to a gynecologist.I got my bill a month later and she had charged me for items that I never requested and were never performed... "alcohol use screening, depression screening, 15 min of therapy, a brief emotional exam" She charged my husband for the same thing and he said she never did any of those things and he didn't request them and all he needed was a refill on his thyroid medication.

Dr. Napoli is the BEST!! She takes her time with her patients, and genuinely cares about every concern. She's very knowledgeable and professional and also has the BEST bedside manner! I HIGHLY recommend her!

I don't leave reviews very often unless I have an unusually good and/or bad experience. With that said, Dr. Napoli has been my Primary Physician for about 3 years now and I feel as though I absolutely must leave Dr. Napoli a 5 star rating because she makes everything so easy and pleasant each time that I visit her. I try not to see a Dr. unless I absolutely have to but I actually enjoy seeing Dr. Napoli because she not only has an amazing bedside manor but I get the impression that she genuinely cares about me and her patients. She takes the time to ask questions and listens very intently. I am not sure if she is accepting new patients at this time but if you want an honest, intelligent & empathetic Dr. that is also easy on the eyes :) then I highly recommend looking into making an appointment with Dr. Napoli.

The full story is hubby and I had a FULL workup in August. I OVER EXTENDED the use of my meds (2.5 months) and instead of giving me a refill, they "HAD" to have me come in for a prescription refill. The "office manager" (email & voice mail) INSISTED I come in to get my refill and during a PANDEMIC, with Gov orders TO STAY HOME, they refused a teledoc. They said my meds are "controlled substance and are carefully monitored", therefore requiring an "in-person" appointment. Say it the way it is, you want to bill Aetna and collect your "generic office visit." Great, I don't want COVID from your patients sitting in the waiting room unless we are ALL there for prescriptions! I have ZERO wrong that would warrant going.I called Aetna to complain. They do NOT care. They are at the mercy of the doctor and can not dictate policy.I canceled my appointment and the DOCTOR! I refuse to go to such a selfish doctor that would potentially jeopardize their patient for billing revenue. Despite canceling my appointment: 1. in writing 2. via voice mail, I STILL got 3 calls to remind me of my appointment??? I picked up on the 4th call and was frustrated and mad that they kept calling after I plainly said we were through (both me and hubby.) The 5th call was a voice mail from the "OFFICE MANAGER" stating they were terminating me for a bad attitude... LOL Sure thing I have a BAD ATTITUDE!I was not going to update this but I would not be assisting others looking for a reputable doctor. The front office is inept, unprofessional. The back office changes your prescriptions and they all blame someone else. The doctor appears greedy. You choose for yourself. I did and I have found another doctor!

The appointment was very rushed. She was disinterested, abrupt, and uncaring. She doesn’t seem to really care about her patients and just converses with you through a checklist. I am a whole person, not just a patient. I would not go to her if you want a doctor who really cares about your well-being and wants to help you be as healthy as you can be.

Dr. Napoli is one of the best doctors that I have ever had for my medical care. I am surprised by some of the negative comments because I have been with her for many years and actually followed her when she left a prior office where I was a patient. She spends the right amount of time, seems truly interested in my well being and answers my questions when I show up with my list, which I do each time.I have always felt like she genuinely cares about my health and trust her good judgement. I needed her assistance in a prior matter regarding my life insurance and she responded very quickly to help me take care of the documents needed.I strongly recommend her as a primary care doctor.

I just had my first appointment to establish care with Dr. Napoli. It was great, not only did I get to establish care but also do a pre-op that I needed to get done. She even helped me with my migraine issues and ear issues all in the same appointment and got bloodwork done. Her bedside manner is so great she’s patient and hears all your concerns. I’ve worked in many different doctors offices and hospitals and have met many great doctors and many not so great doctors but she was great. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family! Oh and her staff was great too. Thumbs up to everyone especially Dr. Napoli.

I have really appreciated Dr.Napoli as my new GP over the past several months. I lost my other doctor when he was transferred from the practice I went to. She has listened to my questions patiently and answered everything without me feeling rushed even when I know she has a busy schedule. What I appreciate the most is her wholistic approach to health and encouraging as many natural options as available to treat symptoms before medication or in collaboration with medicine as needed. I know some negative comments have been about the front office staff. I found the office is really receptive to feedback in this area if you speak up about a poor interaction. The rating is for Dr.Napoli and her care.

Since our very first visit Dr Napoli has been the best primary doctor we could ask for. She is caring and has truly changed my life. With her help I am lost over 70lbs now and she never once shamed me for being heavy she instead encouraged and understood when I didn't hit goals. I could have never asked for someone so wonderful to guide me on this next journey of my life
