I'm very happy with the overall finish of everything. George and rose were professional and easy to deal with. Between the cost and the quality of the product I couldn't have asked for more! I even put motorized blinds in certain areas of the house which I would recommend to anyone! Thank you On-Site Specialists!!!

Be very cautious working with this company. I requested them to come clean our drapes that our son vomited on unfortunately due to being sick. At first they said they will not spot clean and they need to clean the entire drape for it to come out right and look right. They said the minimum charge for them to come out is $450 and they spoke very confidently that they been doing this for 20+ years and are very experienced in getting stains out. After cleaning my almost brand-new drapes entirely and the area that really needed to be cleaned, they said they were not able to get the stain out and that they did not guarantee they could get the stain. You would think that a company charging $450 to clean high-end drapes would know from the beginning if they can get the stain out. Or they would have decency to first start with a spot clean on the area that's stained, and if it did not come they would tell you the stain doesn't come. I would have been more than happy to pay a fair price for a spot clean. But not $450 than come to find out the stain doesn't come out. You would also think if they did not get the stain out which they came out for they would have some satisfaction guarantee and not charge you full price, instead they told us they have office expenses. Which I can understand, but you shouldnt have dissatisfied clients when you are in the service cleaning industry. Additionally, they had the audacity to tell us that we were lying about the stain and that's it was a wine spill, when our poor 11-month-old boy projectile threw up on the drapes. If we were prepared to pay $450 to clean our drapes, why would we lie about the stain even if it was a wine stay as we are grown adults. Be cautious working with this company when it comes to cleaning unforeseen stains. I am sure they are good in what they do when you want a regular upkeep/maintenance, but if you have a stain be very cautious as you will be disappointed in the outcome.

A big shout out to George at On-Site Specialists!! I previously used On-Site Specialist for the cleaning my window treatments, however, I decided it was time to purchase new window treatments. I called and scheduled an appointment with George and he helped me with my selection of window treatments. I had new window treatments installed in my den, guest bedroom, kitchen and living room. I am so thrilled with the outcome of my new window treatments. George is truly a professional. He is truly passionate about his work and it shows. I would recommend On-Site Specialists for your next window treatment.

I absolutely love the the customer service that both George and Rose provided to me and my family. They not only helped me pick out the colors, the style and the fabric but also helped make my home look modern and contemporary. They took all of the measurements themselves to ensure the accuracy. Everything went very smooth on the day of the installation. The prices were very reasonable and the quality of the work was superb. It's been well over a year and my drapes and blinds still look new. They were also kind enough to provide the detailed care instructions so that they would last over the coming decades. This is a tip I am super grateful for given I have 2 kids and a dog. They are true professionals and experts in their field; and I recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. If you want your home to look fabulous, give Rose and George a call!

We used On-Site Specialists to repair our draperies. George did a great job, and was knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. We were very pleased with the Company and will use them again to clean our drapes.

I wouldn't normally write a review about a business that did not perform any services, however I'm appalled by the level of customer service I received and wanted to forewarn others. The lady I spoke to on the phone when I made my appointment was extremely pleasant and even though I'd received a much lower quote elsewhere I was willing to spend the extra money after the conversation I had with her. Fast forward to the day of service. I received a call from George who seemed quite frustrated because he couldn't find a place to park. I live in a townhome and unfortunately it's street cleaning day. My husband met him outside and told him whenever services are done to any of these homes and equipment is necessary people will park right in the front area for easy access. George was not thrilled, but did do it. He came upstairs and immediately tells me the measurements we provided were off. Crazy enough the other company confirmed the measurements we gave them. Not sure where the discrepancy was without remeasuring and therefore took his word. I Initially was quoted $360 and was told it was a $395 minimum. She suggested to add in a few pillows and such. He said I won't charge you more but when I asked about other things he kept saying the measurements were off and he's not charging more and it'll be the $395 for the drapes. He then told me we had a small project and they typically do much larger ones. He asked me if I wanted my sheers done and I asked for a quote on a nursing chair as well. After hearing the price for the chair, I said oh wow that's a lot for that type of item since I'd just had other chairs done--I was contemplating it since he was here though. Before I could say anything else he started walking out of the room. I said I did want things cleaned by them I just wasn't sure on the chair. He proceeded to tell me about how expensive his product is and said other companies use water whereas they dry clean. He then told me they barely make any money off the services because the product is so expensive, which I thought was highly unprofessional and unnecessary. He continued to be quite abrasive and brought up his heavy equipment. He then randomly states there's usually a $50 fee for stairs. He said I won't charge you for it but again brings it up multiple times and even said I didn't say I had stairs. How was I supposed to know to mention it when I said I had a townhome and wasn't asked. He kept focusing on saying he wouldn't charge for these things, yet he kept contradicting himself by continuing to bring up those same things. He even said "look I won't nickel and dime you and make a big deal." Sadly that was exactly what he was doing. I finally said look I focus on customer service at my work and after seeing your reviews I'm shocked to be treated this way. I said I think it's because things started off wrong with the parking situation. He then mentioned there was no parking and his van could be hit. The energy never changed and his demeanor was quite off-putting. It was a very strange and inappropriate experience to say the least. My husband and I spoke about it right after he left. He said yeah after seeing how he was with the parking and his attitude downstairs he almost told him to just leave at that point but he let him come see the drapes upstairs for my sake. He overheard some of the conversation and was shocked a business would act that way as well. Honestly I was very excited to have my drapes cleaned and based on the reviews I'm sure their services could have been great, however I would absolutely not recommend this company based on the customer service and how George thought it was ok to give this type of treatment in a customers home.

I needed someone right away to help me rehang my drapes and do it quickly. I called George and he was able to come over the very next day and fix them right there on site. He was very professional and even had the job done in no time. I found his service honest, trustworthy and very reasonable! I will definitely be calling him again.

Our drapery rod hangers and cord broke causing a portion of our drapery to rest on the floor. After visiting Yelp and seeing the positive reviews of On-Site Specialists (and George and Rose specifically) I called to see if I could get a quote to fix the drapery hanging problem and dry clean the drapes. Rose was exceptionally nice on the phone and scheduled an appointment within 2 hours of calling. George responded on time and provided a reasonable quote and immediately began repairing the drapery issue. He returned the following business day to dry clean the drapes. He was professional, clean, thorough and personable in his work and did an excellent job for a reasonable price. I will use them again when the need arises and would recommend them to others needing similar services.

My Hunter Douglas Woven wood blinds and drapery are about 4 years old and were dusty. Hunter Douglas recommended A1 On-Site Specialists as a professional to clean the Woven wood blinds. George was amazing. He cleaned all blinds, drapes and toss pillows. I was concerned they would never look like new. Honestly they look better than new. The drapery actually hung better than new because he could form them after being treated. George is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. His experience is fantastic. See you in a couple years to have them cleaned again! I had 16 Woven Blinds, 22 Drapery Panels and 38 toss pillows. I took a picture of a couple windows.

I am very happy with the service George has provided. He is friendly, courteous, on time and reliable. I asked him to take the curtains from my office on a Friday and he returned them sparkling clean and smelling fresh, meticulously steamed and pinned. I highly recommend them.

George was nice and helpful and gave us a good price. He showed up early. Of course he called to okay that. I'm glad I didn't have to wait around for him to get to our house. He drove a really long way to get to our house. I would use him again. The curtains looked really good when he fixed them for us. A way better job than what we were doing.

Gary was very professional and explained the cleaning process to us. We could have had them cleaned in place or he would take them to his store. We chose to have him take them to his store. Our drapes are 13 years old and never been cleaned. Gary brought them back in a couple of days and rehung them. They look brand new now. Their cleaning process is very easy on drapes compared to dry cleaners. Great people and great service.

George, besides being extremely professional and courteous, does what competitors said couldn't be done. Namely, dry-clean our cathedral ceiling length drapes and Silhouette blinds, while they were hanging AND WITHOUT USING TOXIC CHEMICALS, instead using an eco-friendly cleaning solution. By cleaning the drapes while they are hanging eliminates the shrinking of traditional dry cleaning, when taken down "machine" dry cleaned then machine dried. (We had this horrible experience, which necessitated our replacing these draperies 15 years ago). George arrives on-time, does the majority of the work himself and is very careful with your furnishings and home's interior. He protects all your carpeting, walls and windows before starting. He is very methodical and does not rush or take shortcuts. Our white draperies are 15 years old and the Silhouette blinds, 25 years old. All look bright and brand new and the eco-friendly cleaning solution leaves a fresh aroma.

So very glad I found this company. George and Rose (owners) are trustworthy and honest (which I've found to be rare these days). I hired George to dry clean (on the rod) custom drapes throughout my house and also to custom make a blind for a door. He was courteous, professional and on-time! He was an absolute pleasure to have in my home. My drapes look great and so does my custom blind. I recently had the pleasure of having some work done for my home by On-site Specialists. They were fantastic to work with -- knowledgeable, professional, prompt, collaborative, and creative. They measured and installed a beautiful remote-controlled cellular shade for my dining room slider, and created custom window valances for the dining room and kitchen. They even were able to make matching bolsters for the living room! I couldn't be happier, and the results speak for themselves.
