Pop In Care has been a life saver for me. I recently had a bad fall. After 2 weeks in the hospital and an assisted living facility I was able to come home. My son took great care of me, but I didn't want him to help me to with showering. I called all over but could only find services that had a 4 hour minimum. I was finally referred to Pop In Care. Pop In Care will send an aide for as little as an hour! Just what I needed! They will help you with anything from an hour to all day long. Prompt, friendly, reliable, skilled, licensed - this service does it all. I would HIGHLY recommend Pop In Care if you are in need of some skilled help.

Teri was the angel we needed to help my mom transition back home after a hospital stay. Mom had a hip brace and just wanted a little bit of help in the mornings to get showered and dressed, so we met with Teri to see if she could help. She was the perfect fit, and lucky for us, she was able to adjust her schedule so she could come for an hour every morning. Pop in care was just what my mom needed - a strong and loving person to assist her with morning routine, and a ray of sunshine to start the day off right!

Pop In Care helped me during the most difficult time of my life. I know for a fact that if you're reading reviews it's obvious that you're seeking a caregiver who is warm and loving, someone who your loved one will consider family. You need a caregiver who's compassionate and knows first hand exactly what you're going through. You need someone who will take care of your parent or spouse with the utmost respect only because you love them. Let me just say that you will find reassurance and comfort with Pop In Care. I've been caring for my mother since she started dialysis back in the late 90's. It was truly a miracle that my father was a perfect candidate to donate one of his kidneys to her. I guess you can say they were a match made in heaven! They've been traveling the world since then and were looking forward to another year of adventure but then Covid hit. Our world was turned upside down. Last year Mom suffered from two strokes and battled pneumonia. Dad and I were desperate for help! From the moment Teri came into our setting, I immediately felt her true keenness for caregiving. Her level of expertise and professionalism surpassed what I would've ever expected in her industry. She has taken all her substantial years of experiences and has created a custom-made business out of love and passion. She has a magnetic personality with a warm and loving persona and every care giver on her crew exemplifies the same qualities. Pop In Care is a stellar company. Thank you Pop In Care, you've changed our lives forever!

Most Home Health Care companies want a 4 to 8 hour commitment of service per visit. We just needed someone to come every night and help get my husband to bed and every morning to get him up, groomed, in his chair for the day. Pop In Care has been perfect only charging for 1 or 2 hours at a time and hours are flexible. What a find. Barbara H

We regularly refer families, who are looking for less than 2 hrs of help for a family member or friend, to Pop-in care. Teri and her team are top notch!

For about a year I've used a well-known provider for home care for my mom. I only wanted someone to take her to senior exercise classes each day, take her to lunch, and sit with her until I return from work. My mom has slight dementia but she can care for herself. I don't ask for the caregiver to do any other work around the house. I can do that. I was not happy with the people that the well-known provider sent for multiple reasons. They were mediocre to terrible - from not helping my mom out of the car and having my neighbor tell me to one yelling at my mom. I met Teri (Pop in Care) at a grocery store and she was so nice to my mom. She carried on a conversation and was respectful. I asked what she does and she gave me her card. I took a chance and called her. She has been wonderful with my mom. They laugh, go for walks, and she makes sure that she eats. If mom gets agitated, they go for a drive. Teri knows how to redirect and keep my mom calm. I wish I knew better beforehand on what to expect from a caregiver. I expected the other company to be professional and to train their staff. They say that they do but by the people I have seen, I don't think they do a thorough job. Teri has "trained" me to know what is right and should be expected. She gives me daily reports on what they did and I know that she is respectful of my mom. That speaks volumes. She has been in the industry for many years and knows what is right. I recommend Teri and Pop in Care.

Terri was terrific!!! She came in with a cheerful hello and was sweet and pleasant the whole time she was with me. She helped me everyday with a smile and gave her time and effort wholeheartedly. She genuinely cares about her client's welfare and health. She really knows how to care and she does it with a smile.
