I waited about 90 seconds after checking in. I hate needles but the young lady who drew my blood was great and I would pick her any time.

Everything/services are very good and efficient; except some minor improvement suggestion: The audio sound too loud at waiting room lobby, it distracts my attention on check-in registration at Kiosk machine.
