Quest Diagnostics in Laguna Hills is located in the Taj Mahal Building and offers COVID-19 antibody testing by appointment along with routine lab tests, drug screens, and blood and urine testing. Service is described as very good, efficient, speedy, and very fast, with friendly, kind staff who have positive attitudes. Scheduling an appointment on the app is very easy, and wait times are short. The location is easy to access with easy parking. A minor suggestion is that the audio in the waiting room can be too loud. Some frustration was noted with the phone system, as there is no direct way to call the office with questions. Saturday service is available by appointment.
I waited about 90 seconds after checking in. I hate needles but the young lady who drew my blood was great and I would pick her any time.

Everything/services are very good and efficient; except some minor improvement suggestion: The audio sound too loud at waiting room lobby, it distracts my attention on check-in registration at Kiosk machine.
