Unfriendly hand more compassion from the paramedics than the nurse. Their ER and the lobby were no full or busy. The lobby was completely empty. They kicked me out into the lobby to get my ride. No wonder their ER is empty because the ER I work at is always packed. So that tells me a lot. I would give it no stars but I'm being asked to give the minimum.

Blown away by friendliness of staff and workers! So helpful, careful, and attentive. Was checked on constantly, and anyone who walked by asked if I needed anything or if I was okay. If you need somewhere to go in an emergency make sure this place is 1st on your list!

Everytime my grandmother comes here they make her stay the night. They tell her she's ready to go then make us wait over an hour. Specifically her nurse Janine decided to sit around and chitchat 45 minutes after the time she told us she'd be back. Then they acted like I was being obscene for thinking we'd leave when they told us to. Word to the wise. Don't sit there hugging a patient after you played your bullshit games for 2 hours after you said she was ready for discharge. Janine specifically is condescending and disrespectful. I wish you were taken off her chart

The staff is friendly and diligent. If your emergency is not trauma related I would recommend this hospital over the other hospitals in our area.

The out patient procedure center has a nurse that is so great to us and always gets the infusion line right in without a problem. Consummate professional and an awesome person as well!
