“I like Kiddie Academy because of the people who work there — they are very welcoming and friendly, and the teachers are caring and attentive. “My oldest has been coming to GFM Woodbury since she was two y/o, and I will be forever grateful to the staff there. Ms. Patty (Toddler) and Ms. Viji (Primary) are amazing teachers, who we've been lucky enough to get to know over the years. They are so kind, caring and thoughtful, which has given me peace of mind as a working parent. Ms. Patty helped my daughter grow to love her first school/daycare experience and helped potty train her. Then when she advanced to Primary, Ms. Viji taught her how to read and write! In addition to teaching a classroom of students, Ms. Viji still individualizes each child’s learning path. I'm beyond impressed and thankful to both of these teachers, who work very hard and consistently prioritize their students' safety and well being. While many schools simply use the “Montessori” name as a marketing label, this school genuinely embraces the principles: independence, hands-on learning, thoughtful redirection, and individualized attention. Ms. Stacy, Ms. Viviana, and Ms. Yulia are incredibly communicative, warm, and attentive — the type of educators who not only know your child, but truly understand them.

The community here is just as exceptional. The school regularly hosts interactive activities and parent gatherings that bring everyone together. Our kids were always excited to go to school each morning, and even after pickup they loved playing with friends on the playground. The moms have formed amazing friendships as well — getting together both with and without the kids, which speaks to how strong and welcoming the parent community is.

The location is another plus: a beautifully maintained, safe campus perched on a hill near the town center, with an adjoining church that has always been friendly and receptive.

Kensington Montessori is one of those rare finds that exceeds expectations in every way. We’re incredibly grateful for the loving foundation they’ve provided for both of our children. Highly, highly recommend.”

“Our daughter started at ICNS shortly after she turned 3 and it has been absolutely wonderful for her. I fell in love with the school and teachers instantly. My daughter loves being outside, and getting messy, and that is a big part of their day. Everything about the school is set up for young children to play, explore and learn new skills.

Our child has grown both emotionally and socially since she began attending and we are very thankful for the community that the school provides. The teachers are incredible and you can tell they love what they do. Ms. Donna and Ms. Bushra get to know each child, and family, so well and it shows in each interaction they have. I have also learned a lot as a parent through watching the teachers and the days in which I volunteer.

Since parents are involved in the school you really feel a sense of community and find that other parents sincerely care about the well being of your child. I feel confident each time I drop her off for her school day and she is always excited. She is about to return for her second year and has asked “when does school start” all summer long. We just had our second baby and we plan to send him to ICNS as well.”

“If you’re looking for a place for your kid to learn while playing, this is it! We did the parent and me classes here and then moved on to 3 year old class which was an amazingly easy transition in terms of separation anxiety. The number of teachers and working parents to kids ratio is excellent as well, with typically 2 teachers and 2 working parents, so one grown up per 4-5 kids. Teachers are all amazing and nice too, our son had a hard time telling us who was his favorite and normally naming all of them. As a parent you also get to be in the classroom with the kids 1-3 times a month, which is great!”

As parents, we were initially worried about the language barrier and whether she would be able to adjust comfortably. However, thanks to the incredible care and support from the teachers, especially Ms. Dilusha, my daughter adapted much faster than we ever expected.

“Light of Christ Lutheran has been a blessing for our entire family. We have a TK student who we transitioned from a homeschool environment mid year. As family being the only people our son ever spent considerable time with, trust was paramount. Our family toured tens of schools looking for the best fit for us. The genuine nature of the faculty is what drew us in. Not only was it evident they academically and developmentally know how to educate and rear children, they have a passion for it. The classroom environment is small I believe 15 max, my child is in a class of 10. With one primary educator plus an aide. They invest in their educators to gain continuing education and it shows. Academically my child has excelled- penmanship, comprehension, patience and increased verbalization of needs. He truthfully went from not being able to identify letters in his name to writing his name on his own within weeks. The religious elements my child adores! We loved his love for Jesus at school so much we began attending services as well. I can not recommended this school enough. It is the perfect blend of academic, wholesome, and religious. “Country Village is such a special place. All 3 of my girls went to country village and absolutely loved it. The staff were all so loving and friendly incredible teachers. My girls were all very well prepared for kindergarten. During the summer breaks my girls always want to go back to say hi to all of their favorites even my daughter going into 9th grade, that’s says a lot! I 100% recommend Country Village RSM!”
