Last night I went to wash my car and it turned out worse than what it was. I spoke with an employee and she called another person for me to talk to. This person was very rude, she does not know how to treat customers, I showed her how the car was and the only solution she gave was that I had to pay again and turned her back and walked away. Her attitude was very disrespectful. I will never return to that place again, I do not recommend it.

Do not trust any place that doesn't bother responding to reviews for starters!I stop here every few days, I know the face of most employees & they know mine, they are friendly enough , they have a large evening & weekend turnover of employees, one afternoon I went there around 5.30 ish during the weekend & the door was locked, this fairly new woman tall brunette with multi tattoos finally showed up & said she needed her break So left for 15 minutes lol! strange, I didn't believe her, the car wash isn't worth it, never gets your car clean, just muddies up your car & your windows look bad every time, that's if your code even works, it usually takes another trip in the store to get a new code, I wouldn't even bother with this complaint but they really ticked me off last week, the day of 1.2 billion dollar lottery, on my way home & stopped in to grab a couple lottery tickets & a white claws, which btw they charge more than any store ever does or should, Total wine is less than a mile, go there instead, 1.99 vs there 4.49 plus fee, the line was out the door, I stood in line while this very old new employee tried to give change for a 100.00 for 30 in gas, it took him forever to figure the safe out, he got frustrated, so did we, I foolishly bought a lunchable (bad) it sweaty & a cherry Chobani yogurt, yes, dumb idea to buy food at a gas station, came home to open it, it was bad too, I checked the date it was august of 2022..& it was pushed up front waiting for a customer to grab it, no decent manger here, isn't that someone's job, to check dates of perishables the old guy said the computer didn't work, you could only tap your card, whatever, no receipt, I go in a few days later to explain the bad yogurt, the tall middle aged manager I believe ask for the receipt, please.. I said I have the record on my phone from my bank account, not good enough, he didn't give me a credit or even an simple apology, this place sucks! Keep driving folks, don't use the car wash you will overpay & be all around frustrated with the results.. or buy anything unless you like paying more for gas & cold drinks after work! Or any food item that cost a grip! They are gauging everyone on everything! Just Keep moving.. there's 2 better places to stop at Rockfield & Lake Forest Dr..

I went through the car wash at this place and the car wash broke off the front piece to my side mirror. I live in corona so when I came back here a week later I stopped by to buy a lighter and see if maybe they have a lost and found or save anything that gets left behind like that, which I wasn't expecting to be there I'm sure it was thrown away. Anyway, DELIA the employee there was just sitting on the phone when I came in I said hello she continued her convo while I waited. She finally got off the phone said the register is closed you have to wait 2 min. I said okay and I explained what happened asked if they had a lost and found or if she can check to see if it's there she just said no. And so I asked for a phone number to the manager because at this point I was just done with her attitude, she said he was on vacation for 2 weeks. So I asked who takes care of things or knows things when he's not here she said no one. She was just rude and did not want to lift a finger to help me with anything!

Was just in side grabbing Arizona 2 ice teas when one burst all over me older guy who works there blames me and walked away to get a mop I will not be buying from this place until something is done a few months back i had moldy food please check the expiration dates before buying from this dump! P.s get new management learn how to do employee guest communication properly this is a joke I'm extremely upset!! I will be calling and complaining!

Last Friday noon I came inside and the gentleman asked me to pay cash NO RECEIPT I’m exchange for lower price on everything I bought for me and my kids, I saved about $60 thanks !!!!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS on losing a sale!Due to a communication problem I left your establishment! Hire people who understand English!Delia does NOT know enough English to be able to fully do her job!!!I asked a question about fuel points and I all I got was "I no no."Asked the question but phrased it differently again I got "I no no."I said "What?"Delia "I no no. Machine no speak to you?"WTFH!?!?!?I'll gladly take my business to a different company where they speak AND understand English!
