The tech that assisted me is 5 star because he is very professional, he explained each steps and what to expect. This place is clean and have ample of parking.One star for 55 minutes waiting time. I arrived early as requested 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment. Waited 10 minutes in line for check-in because the front desk staff was talking/helping to the patient in front of me that long. Then two people arrived and fall in line behind me. But after we all checked in, the 2 people behind me were called ahead of me. In short, coming in early as per their instruction is not helpful or reasonable because I ended up waiting for 55 minutes. Coming in few minutes close to your scheduled appointment is better.

I’ve been to a few of the SimonMed facilities for various imaging needs. This facility, though among the farthest from home, is hands down the best. The greeting staff are mildly friendly, all credit goes to the expert who conducted a bone steady for me. Matthew Padilla is so incredibly comforting and knowledgeable. He explained the test in full detail and kept me in the know every step of the way. What was supposed to be a very long day (in my head) turned out to be a great experience. So much so, that I rescheduled another MRI that was close to home, to this facility. Well worth the drive. Thank you Matt!

My experience at SimonMed Imaging was what every visit to any kind of medical facility should be. They were punctual, attentive, friendly and professional. I was there for a brain mri and my anxiety was through the roof, but staff quickly put me at ease and I could tell they really cared from the moment I got there until my was completed. And their appearance matched their professionalism. I highly recommend the Laguna Hills facility to any and everyone. To the staff…. Thank you very much for all you did.

This rating is a reflection of their scheduling team, not of the front desk staff at the Laguna Hills location.Was told by the scheduler that the MRI would be 100% covered by insurance.Received a text message one day before my appointment that my insurance was not accepted. When I called to simply confirm this new information, my appointment was cancelled with no notice.To be clear, I called to confirm that my insurance was -in fact- not accepted and to determine the out of pocket cost of the MRI. At no point was I told the appointment was canceled.I drove one hour and arrived 20 minutes early to discover that my appointment time had been given away. They informed me I was free to wait for an opening, but that there was no guarantee. They were able to accommodate me after approximately a 50 minute wait.

I had an appointment time and still had to wait almost three hours to be seen. Once I got to the CT scan area, The technician had me lay face down on my glasses and shoved my broken arm with my cast into the machine. After waiting for 3 hours, The initial appointment was maybe ten minutes tops. They would not adjust the wrap around my cast nor would they answer any questions that I had. I noticed the technician also had open blisters and cuts on his hand that were not protected by gloves.Horrible experience.

Great experience! Right from the beginning with the girls at the front desk to the technicians I was well cared for. Everyone made it an easy and comfortable experience. I have had 3 MRI’s before, but this was by far the best. Thank you SimonMed Imagining.

My mom had a bad experience with that, her appointment was 10:00, she has been waiting for 2 hours, actually there was no one else except staff. She was painful for her back so go to take the X-ray but they told her need to do Ultrasound for men and charged her. My mom didn’t know English and just paid. And the they found their mistake return the money. But the X-ray kept waiting for 2 hours with no reason.

Zo is an outstanding example of going above and beyond with her care who deserves special recognition for her patience with others. First of all, she knows how to hold a fort down! The front desk is very organized and they are on top of it. Her kindness to my panicked sister helped us prepare , She made our check in process simple and made us feel welcomed.

The waiting room is very uninviting looking and the chairs are not comfortable. The receptionist was not particularly friendly and did not explain the registration process well. However the X-ray technician was very polite and once I was called back the procedure went quickly.

Despite being given an appointment, I was told the wait time was close to an hour because they do X-rays as a walk-in only. Ended up waiting 35 minutes. Receptionists were kind. Technician was curt and condescending. Terrible experience! Do NOT use!

Got there one hour early as was told needed to take contrast before procedure. No one knew anything about this. So I waited in very quiet lobby with no television for an hour until my appointment time. Disappointed in that. CT Tech was very nice though. Had good experience with the procedure.

Was not happy with our check in process with Sandra. She didn't have great customer service skills and was rude to us. She took too long to check my mom in. 45 minutes for insurance. She also withheld information about how we could call our insurance. Overall needs some work on her service. Our tech was great
