I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for USPS clerk Josh
I arrived at the post office just about five minutes before their closing time, with a particularly complex request. I needed to first use the self-service kiosk to prepare a prepaid Priority Mail envelope (which required purchasing postage and printing a label) and then go to the counter to mail my passport renewal documents to the Chinese Consulate.
When I first approached the self-service kiosk, I was completely unfamiliar with how to operate it. Josh noticed I was struggling, and despite the fact that it was already the end of the day, he came over voluntarily and patiently walked me through each step of the process. He explained everything clearly, ensured that my prepaid envelope was set up correctly with the right postage and tracking number, and then assisted me at the counter to prepare and send my package.
What truly impressed me was his extraordinary patience and professionalism. Even though by the time we completed the entire process it was more than 30 minutes past his scheduled closing time, Josh showed absolutely no sign of impatience. He maintained a calm, friendly, and professional demeanor throughout, making sure that everything was done correctly and that I felt comfortable with the process.
This level of customer service is rare and deeply appreciated. Josh not only demonstrated technical expertise but also genuine care for customers, going above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I am sincerely grateful for his help and hope that USPS will recognize his exceptional dedication and professionalism.
Thank you, Josh, for turning what could have been a stressful situation into a positive and memorable experience.

Wednesday, 8/13/25 @ 1045am, could not get thru phone service to report a postal tray saw in middle of Paseo de Valencia about 1/4 towards LH High. Multiple categories to wait thru, even the law enforcement line would not connect.

Review was back in April 2025: They are worst. They could care less about you. I haven’t received mail for two weeks and they keep telling me nothing‘s wrong.
This review is August 11, 2025: once again, I have not received my mail in over a week. Informed delivery tells me it’s been delivered, but it’s all been delivered to the wrong address and I’ve never received any of it. I’ve contacted the post office. I’ve sent the supervisor letters with all the mail I haven’t received. If I don’t get a resolution this week, I’m going to the Usps consumer affairs and the inspector general.

Every single member of our household has had MULTIPLE cards intercepted by the mail carrier. Credit cards, debit, even health insurance cards. If it feels like a card is in an envelope, they’re stealing it. We have filed a complaint with the Postmaster General’s Office and Orange County Sheriffs Office and I encourage all of you to do the same. This has been ongoing for weeks, somebody’s going to prison.

I came here today and brought a package that had a prepaid QR code on it. The USPS lady said that I had to buy tape to tape it up. I asked since when because last week when I dropped off another package at the Lake Forest location they taped it for me no problem. $3.99 for tape for a small package that had a prepaid label. Wow. The customer service is terrible. Don’t recommend going to this location.

I went in to get a piece of mail that had been returned to the post office cause I moved houses. The lady gave me some attitude and told me I should have notified people before I moved about my change of address. I had to go through a lot but I finally got my mail.

I never thought I’d need to leave a review for a USPS, but here we are..
This location deserves the two stars it already has. Long line, and hands down the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced at a USPS. The man we mostly dealt with refused to explain how to fill out a form we needed. I was told to move to the side and complete it, only to be told when I returned that I’d filled it out incorrectly—go figure. Still no help or clarification.
To make things worse, he shoved our 50lb box toward us, pushing it into my mom’s hand. She’s now hurt, and he wouldn’t even apologize. We walked out immediately without sending our package.
How is this acceptable customer service, USPS? If you’re considering coming here, save yourself the stress and go to a diff ent location.

John was so rude today! A woman wanted some usps boxes. He ignored her and walked away! When he came back, she asked again and he told her to order them online. He continued to ignore her and then walked away. Everyone in line was in shock at his behavior. Thankfully, Ken stepped in to try to make up for it. Ken is always so helpful and nice!

How can the people who work here consciously try to cheat people by upselling postal products and services? Shame.

They should really let everyone go. Managers and employees do not have a clue about basic operations. I did exactly what the counter person told me to and when I came back to pick up my package they had no clue where it was forwarded to. So much for a tracking number. I saw several elderly people just needing basic services and their counter help was more concerned about breaks. I waited a 1/2 hour for a manager and he never came from the back. I will have that buzzer in my head for life. They ring it when a customer needs to speak to a manager (useless). You may just want to get a PO Box. I would now want to go back here. I’m sorry

I had about 50 wedding invitations that needed to be hand canceled, a service the Laguna Niguel usps refused to do with our save the dates and they got trashed. This was not only the best run post office I’ve ever been to but the guy was so nice and carefully hand canceled every invite right in front of me and was so kind. My new go to post office
