After being told to go To Room 1st floor that the test when we go to the 1st floor they tell us that their equipment is down and they're very sorry so now instead of having it done the CT scan now it's not until October 2nd if their machines don't break down again they don't care it's a horrible horrible place to have any kind of medical test done And the employees don't really care the only one that was nice was the girl on the 2nd floor who took 1 test up there and then sent us downstairs we got there at 645 and we didn't get home until 9 o'clock and we only got 1 test done not happy whatsoever Why is it that the machines always break down if it's not their ex machine it's their CT whatever it doesn't matter they just moved into a new facility why didn't they update their equipment or at least have somebody that knows how to fix them and not have this problem constantly

Quick, friendly, and efficient! I came in as a walk-in patient and I was able to be seen within 15 minutes of arrival. After that, I only waited about five minutes for my images on a disk. Very happy with the experience.

I went online to make an appointment for an x-ray (KUB) for the next day. I got a text and an email requesting me to confirm my appointment. I filled out the forms and sent images of my insurance card. Upon arrival the next day I was informed that the technician is out for the week and they will have to reschedule my appointment. I got the impression that they would not or could not update the website to prevent this from happening to someone else. I had to travel to another office to get my procedure done.

Was able to schedule a same-day appt. I didn't have the actual lab order with me but Wave Imaging's receptionist called my doctor & promptly got it. The X-ray tech was informative & quick. Would use them again.

Great team, they had all my pre chexk-in information ready, i simply signed one document! The lobby staff was friendly and prompt, the young lady that helped me with the MRI procedure was very friendly and helpful.

Check in was fast and efficient. I uploaded my documents before the appointment, so that may have been a factor. The ultrasound tech Celine was courteous. She explained everything well and told me what to expect. Overall, it was a good appointment. They don't validate parking, they have a sign at the lobby saying this as well. It was a little confusing on where to park. I would suggest going a little earlier than the recommended check in time they give you so that you find parking.

Had an MRI done. Team was quick, professional and friendly. 10/10 would do it again minus the injury. Saddleback Wave Imaging highly recommended.

I have a few complaints about this place (wait time, people lying down in the hallway outside, etc.) But what drove me to write this was that I was billed differently that I was told and they didn't want to hear about it when I called them to dispute the charge.

The facility at Saddleback was great, deserves 4 stars but yesterday went to the San Clemente facility and they said the machine was broken because the order would require the patient lay down, called there today same story, but the Saddleback tech had her stand for X-rays today so it sounds like we could have done it yesterday, saving me from having to drive here from IE to take her to Saddleback, plus now not sure results will be ready for surgeon at appointment Wed morning?
