Never enough tellers, every time I stop in here there are lines of 3-6 people and one teller. Takes an extreme amount of time to get the simplest tasks done.

This bank has the worst customer service out of any service, institution, company, or industry... ever. Followed very closely by Cox. The managers, in almost every branch I've been to lies to your face. Just straight up lies. A while back I had an issue where their customer service dropped the ball in sending me replacement debit cards. I was going out of town and they assured me it would be mailed on time. But it was not. That wasn't the problem... I went to a local branch because I knew they issued temporary debit cards. But I got off work late and got there near closing time. The manager told me they didn't issue temp cards there an to go to THIS branch... so I did. Upon arriving the manager here told me they didn't do that either... and I realized that the previous manager just wanted me to leave so they can close the bank. Obviously I was angry. It gets worse... the manager at THIS branch doesn't know what the previous manager did, he thought I just came here on my own. And guess what HE did. Yup... he told me to go to the other branch because "They can do it there." It's almost like their reputation is SO shot they don't even care to preserve it anymore. I switched banks less than a week later.

If you are considering establishing a banking relationship, I highly recommend setting and appointment with Josiah. He greeted us with a smile and he took the time to ask us our needs for the account. This made the process smooth. Excellent customer service skills. Thank you Josiah for assisting us.

This branch is just bad. Just close the branch but leave the atm open since that's the only available service.

Very poor unprofessional, incompetent and frankly embarrassing for the corporate powers to be . I have never experienced such customer inconsideration . I could write a novel on this bank . Changed my banking needs. I would rather like to give them zero stars!!!!!

Yes, this branch sucks so bad I'm dropping all my Wells Fargo accounts! I've been a Wells Fargo customer for over 30 years, and almost kicked them to the curb during one or another of their heinous corporate scandals, but was too lazy to redo all of my direct deposits, and online payments. My bad. I wanted to see how crappy this local one and a half star branch on Alicia was; seriously, could it be that bad? After being ignored for 10 minutes as I stood next to the New Accounts section by the two "bankers" sitting there, I walked over to a teller and asked, "What will it take to open a new business account?" He obviously wasn't impressed; he must have heard "I want to open a business account now" because he told me they had no openings available, I had to make an appointment online, etc...all with the attitude only a teenager can muster when truly annoyed. Basically, what I heard was that as a valued Wells Fargo customer, I could go shit in my hat. I walked out and drove a full 5 minutes, directly to the 4 and 1/2 star rated Farmer's and Merchants Bank on Paseo De Valencia off El Toro Road. At F&M, Ada, a VP there, no less, greeted me as I came in, and gave me a list of exactly what I'd need. The next day I went back with the info, and in less than 45 minutes with Joaquin I had a fresh new business bank account, checks and all. Happy Camper! Ciao, Wells Fargo, guess you don't need my business

I've been banking for a very long time with Wells Fargo it looks like I might need to change banks if this is how you're treated what a joke . I would fire every single person in there , they couldn't even greet a customer. Poor poor service

Complete idiots, came in to handle some banking issues, teller never game me my ID back, manager called me 30 minutes later when I was already home half hour away and had the nerve to blame it on her teller for giving it to her and "not saying anything". Regardless, procedure should be to give al documents back before customer leaves, closed my account immediately. Sad because I have had an account with Wells Fargo since 1996

Convenient on the drive home. But don't stop by here if you are looking through a drive through ATM. Apple Pay scanner for my bank card works half the time on the ATM and then I have to use my card. Other than that, convenient for the drive home.

I needed to do a wire transfer but the Wells Fargo Bank by my home was too busy to help me. They called the Wells Fargo Bank on Alicia Pkwy and the banker, Joycelyn, completed my transfer after patiently waiting for the instructions from the recipient Title Company. It was First Class Service!

This isn't reflecting this branch. Wellsfargo is the worst company for customer service. I have business accounts with them for 20 years and they keep me on hold for ever. Worst company for customer service. Instead of opening branches everywhere or scamming customers they should spend their resources on good old-fashioned customer service with people who can answer a phone in a timely fashion. On average when I call it takes 20 to 30 minutes between being transferred and left on hold.

I've been a Wells Fargo customer for over 15 years and never encountered an issue until I walked into this Laguna Hills location. I just went in to increase my daily withdrawal limit on my temporary ATM card while waiting for my new replacement card to arrive in the mail. Temporary ATM cards have a much smaller daily withdrawal limit, so you need to request an increase in person. While waiting for them to set this up, I was given paperwork to fill out regarding a bunch of insurance products they offer. At 0530 the next morning, I ate breakfast at a restaurant only to find out my ATM card was declined. This was very embarrassing as this was the only card I had on me. I called Wells Fargo customer service who stated my ATM card was DEACTIVATED and my replacement ATM card (which I haven't even received through the mail yet) was ACTIVATED!!! So at the last minute, I had to cancel work/flight plans because Wells Fargo banks do not open until after 9 a.m. I left a message for the branch manager at that location and have yet to receive a return call.
