EDIT Feb 9th.949 Vans responded below. Contacted them and will see what happens, but would like to respond to the part where they responded."Regarding the 240-point inspection conducted at our facility and the independent mechanic shop inspection, both assessments contradict the allegations made. It is important to note that the vehicle in question is 12 years old with 127,000 miles, and our transparency about its condition was communicated upfront."Yes it is 12 YO but I was not told that the battery and AC were bad. Just that it was 12YO and had some scratches on the car as per photos sent.As per the "allegations", I am speaking of what I saw as per the mechanical issues I ran into and parts that needed replacing.I also looking forward to working with you on the issues I have raised.Thank you.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Multiple things wrong with the van.I bought a 2012 Honda Odyssey VMI conversion for my wife.I was told that this would go through their mechanic to make sure it was in good mechanical working order when I was looking to purchase this.I had it shipped from CA to FL and received it December 10th, I could not drive it because I had to wait to get the title due to not wanting to title it in California but title it in Florida. (Nothing 949 could do about that so that is not what this review is about, this is just about the van itself)About January 16th or so we got the title and titled it to be able to legally drive it.So in retrospect we have not driven this that long.Right away I found issues. Here is the list.1. Needed a new battery. Went out during one day and found the van dead. Did not leave lights on or anything, battery just went dead. Took it to auto store and found to have a bad cell.2. Rear Spring Insulator Seat needed to be replaced as it was broken in half. (Easily spotted when I heard a noise and investigated and I am no mechanic so a trained mechanic should have caught that.)3. Air conditioning clutch went out. (that was the most expensive thing and that sucks living in Florida and not having AC.) Not even sure the AC ever worked as we barely used the van and it has been cool.4. Front plastic piece under front of car (sorry not sure what it is called) was only held on by 2 of the 5 plastic rivets on the passenger side, so had to replace them. Just glad I caught it in time.5. The plastic rivets were missing from the windshield wiper covers. Glad they didn't blow off on the delivery truck.6. Windshield wipers were dry rotted (not a big deal but wanted to add that)7. Not detailed. This obviously didn't get detailed because there was grease on the doors, seats, radio, steering wheel, and mud on the floors. Also there was dog hair that was imbedded in the carpeted areas. So obviously the previous owner had a service animal.I let Omer know about the detailing, battery, and spring seat ( the rest happened after I talked to him or in the case of the rivets not that big a deal that I thought of mentioning and the AC just happened). He said he would let someone know who was responsible for that.I also sent photos of the grease, mud, hair that was in the van when I got it.Omer did get me a key fob as it only came with 1 so that is a plus but I would not do business with this company again based on my experience with the van.

First off, I’d like to say thank you to all the wonderful staff members. Everyone at this dealership was very kind. Sam, the sales rep, helped us find the right van for our family. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. Ask for Sam if you need help deciding which van is best for you and your family.

We bought a Dodge Caravan wheelchair van. Omer was a very nice salesman. We dealt more with the business office. At our age- making transactions digitally is very frustrating but Janeth & Sam helped us get the deal squared away. There was still a few lose ends that Summer helped fix. She is very efficient with all the details needed to buy a vehicle. She has wonderful "people skills"- polite, professional, patient with questions and most of all: attention to details.

My dad's 20 year old power chair suddenly stopped taking a charge, and we started evaluating the cost of buying repair parts and service vs buying a new power chair. Someone from Wheelchair Vans returned our call, and diagnosed and fixed (!!) our charging issue over the phone. We had no idea the chair could lock itself with some unintentional actions on Dad's part, and could also unlock with similar intentional steps on our part. Amazing! Another company might have taken advantage of our ignorance and sold us a new chair for thousands of $. The person who helped us at this company won our future business. Much gratitude!

Omer answered all my phone calls, was very prompt at assisting me in the purchase of a Van. He took $1,000 off the purchase price, unfortunately he did not let me know that the year of service coverage was removed due to the $1,000 off. That was disappointing to find out at signing. He is very easy to work with and explained every document prior to signing them. He has a great upbeat personality. The van was in great condition. The rubber seals near the side door and rear door were damaged but that was all I could see visibly wrong with the vehicle. Over all it was in great condition for the year and price. Thank you to Omer and Wheelchair Vans!

Summer knows her stuff, getting a Mobile scooter, repaired. She's actually taking the mobile scooter for a ride right now around the store to see how it's acting, what repairs need to be made etc.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE - Thank you Ali so much for all the help and education you provided. My husband had a very tragic accident and is now a quadriplegic. Ali was so kind and patient with my family and I as we try navigating this new world we have never been exposed to. His knowledge was SO incredibly helpful. We explained just what we needed. A few days later, Ali & Omar found the perfect van for my husband!!! No silly dealership games. True professionalism. More than reasonable!!! This is a family run business where its obvious they truly care about their customers. The world would be a better place if businesses took just one page from their book. Thank you Ali, Omar & Sommer. You are amazing!!! Carmy
