Wow, This location continues to disappoint. I ordered a large order for delivery, that was supposed to arrive at 7pm, (ordered at 4-ish). Been sitting and waiting, with no email or text. Check my bank account and I was charged, then refunded. No notice from this horrible customer service store, that I need to order elsewhere. Horrid third experience in a row. I'm done.

Weird store My wife went in for a small item Was charged $409 for something she didn't buy , they caught it as she walked out of store and reversed it Also why would they not proceed with purchase until my wife gave them her age , they said it's law , we are senior citizens Should not tell customers it's the law when it's not and not try to intimidate Us seniors Never going there again

This is my third time at this location and it will mostly likely be my last. Tonight, I walked in to purchase 3 bottles of sauvignon blanc and once I had them I proceeded to check out. An older gentlemen, whose name I didn't catch, began to scan the wine and eventually asked for my id. He looked at me very oddly throughout the whole process and made me very uncomfortable. Once I paid I nicely asked him if I could have a brown bag for each of the bottles (there were 3) and he proceeds to tell me "yeah do whatever you want" and throws the 3 brown bags on the counter expecting me to bag them myself. I was so distraught that I told him I didn't need the bags anymore and carried all three of them in my arms. He then repeated the same phrase "do whatever you want". I am disgusted with the customer service I received by this man and really hope action is taken so that this doesn't continue to happen to future customers.

Don't apply to this place. The manager Cindy says their urgently hiring but they'll never call you back. Even if you were a supervisor at bevmo before. Waste of time and energy. Who knows, maybe their drunk.

When I walked in immediately I was approached by an associate who turned out to be a manager. She really knew her stuff and had a lot of great recommendations. And then I put approached the register to cash outAnd the cashier was very pleasant. The store was clean the vibes were good I’ve been here before and I will continue to go here and I live in San Clemente

Was looking for a bottle of Crystal for NYE. They didn't have it. They were attempting to tell me to buy something else and I specifically wanted that, explaining I've had every bottle in the store basically. I tried to educate the older man that most champagne connoisseurs won't admit it, but Crystal is normally their Favorite. He proceeded to tell me quote: "the person who commits to Crystal, would be the same person to eat cat litter". I took the insult and left. Whatever that is supposed to mean: What an idiotic insult to throw at a customer. You need to teach r e s p e c t. Needless to say, I'll never return to this location.

I remember the days when Bevmo was amazing and it was all about quality and curated selections. Unfortunately that time has passed. Expired beers, limited cold wine selections and inflated prices, along with ever expanding emphasis on snacks are making the store feel no different than a grocery store. Hopefully they can hear feedback from loyal customers and reconsider their choices.

AmazIng options and a huge variety of products. Lots of limited edition type items. Way more stuff than I ever imagined BevMo having. And the employees (whoever is on shift at this time) were awesome and helpful and definitely made me want to come back

They did not have Lienenqruguer beer in stock. This is a summertime beer. Management should know that this is a popular blend, and should order it accordingly

Just stopped by as a loyal customer and was looking for 3 empty wine boxes since we are moving. They rudely checked with the manger and they forced my to buy something before they could get me the 3 empty boxes!!! I bought a Perrier for $2.50 and then they gave me the boxes... penny wise pound foolish!! Lost a longtime loyal customer for $2.50!!! SHAME...

They raised prices on craft beer and it's not even fresh. Make sure you check the date on the bottom of the can, I checked today and a lot of the IPA and Hazy IPA were about 6 months old, the Hazy I got (brewery x dictionary roulette) tastes off, like a mildew rag mixed with pine sol. The Hazy IPA I got is a great one but not when it's 6mo old, you can really taste the difference. They store most of their beer at room temp, all the beer in the fridge is from the big distributors and not that great to begin with.Highly suggest making the trip to Total Wine and more off el torro. They have a way better selection of fresh beer and their fridge has way better beer. The prices at total wine are also better. Trader Joes is another good place to get high quality, fresh beer for much cheaper but they have a small local selection.

Racial bias was conducted at this store yesterday. My wife went there to pick up an order that was placed on BevMo website, she stated this to a man and the woman working in the afternoon Saturday a few times.Meanwhile A line of other people were being helped and more that got there after my wife.The lady then says “go puff” orders are in the back go check.My wife stated again I ordered on BevMo website, the lady says go check the back again!She does it despite knowing it’s not there and comes back and the lady had her order in the front the whole time.I hope corporate sees this, I’ll be blogging about this and pushing this in the search engines.
