Had the thin crust Pepperoni, mushrooms & sausage. Light cheese.It wasn’t bad. The sausage I think has fennel which is not my favorite.

Dined in for lunch yesterday. Waited a few minutes to be noticed when I arrived. Restaurant was clean. Was seated promptly by Gavin, who turned out to be my server. He was friendly and attentive. Pasta was served hot and delicious. When beverage got low, Gavin refilled it quickly. Was a great meal and will return soon!

I visited California Pizza Kitchen with my wife, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. Despite waiting for 5 minutes, no one greeted or acknowledged us. The waiter seemed to notice, but made no effort to approach. This lack of service was disappointing, and we left without being attended to. Hopefully, the management addresses these issues for a better customer experience.

The service is so bad here. It's like everyone is asleep. Like clockwork every time we go here we get terrible service and cold pizza. We were trying to give them time to find their rhythm as it's a newer location but it's been long enough and they are consistently terrible. Don't waste your time. Go to the Mission Viejo store! So much better!

When this location closes down...and it eventually will, I wont be surprised. The quality of food has gone downhill while of course the prices have gone up. There is rarely anyone here on the handful of occasions I've gone to sit at the bar, and yet, the amount of effort it takes to be waited on is baffling. Servers always look discombobulated and stressed out, even when the place has just 4-6 tables sat. Regardless, I still would occasionally go to their bar for a quick bite and a beer but after my last to-go encounter, I wont be returning. I placed an order for a $23 pizza, $12 boneless wings and a $16 dollar caesar salad. Almost $60 bucks of food when it was said and done. The food was picked up a few minutes before the suggested pick-up time. Despite this, the pizza was very cold and slices were sitting on top of each other. The wings were just SAD. 4 pieces of small cold chicken that was the same quality as a McNugget for $12 bucks?! C'mon now that's just ridiculous. The salad was good size but clearly lettuce that had either been sitting out or just old because the think was just stems and wilt. I never call and complain, but for almost $60 dollars, it was unacceptable. Had they fixed the issue I would'nt be here writing a review. I spoke with the manager and told her the issues. First she offered to just take the wings off the tab. Then when I said the entire meal was bogus and we literally tossed most of it, she said she reversed course and said that there was nothing she could do, and that I could come back and get another pizza only. I was already headed to work so that wasn't possible, so then she asked what I wanted, and I stated if I was dining in-person, I would have sent it all back, so at the very least I wanted my money back for the wings and pizza and id take the loss on the $16 crap salad. She told me she couldn't possibly do that and she could only do 50% off the pizza. What? Now its just the pizza? She was just making up rules as she went. I said that was fine but I wanted to get the number to corporate customer service so I could get my money back and make a complaint. Oh boy did her tone change! First she chuckled and then asked if I was serious, to which I replied I was. Then she became irritated and flustered. She replied annoyed, 'FINE ILL JUST REFUND YOU! IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT!? WILL THAT MAKE IT BETTER!? Umm I mean yes considering I threw 90% of it in the garbage that would be nice. She then said "FINE" and hung up the phone. Wow what customer service that was. I was refunded the amount but Id rather have just had quality food that wasn't cold, packaged appropriately, matched the price and wasn't old. But maybe I'm crazy, she sure treated me as I was. Anyways, clearly I wont be returning to this sad location or another anytime soon.

CPK is alright overall.This particular CPK is consistently terrible.Really terrible. Go to the one on Marguerite.

My coworkers and I come to the CPK for happy hour almost weekly! We always have a great experience and the food is wonderful. We love coming and we especially love Dan. He is the best and is always welcoming!

Had a caesar salad and added Chicken. It was delicious. Dined inside. Really nice laid back private party room. Went with co-workers, about 20 or so of us. Will definitely return.
