WARNING: DO NOT BANK WITH CHASE IF YOU WANT TO USE CREDIT CARD MILES. NEGLIGENT ADVICE AND 1k DOLLARS LOST. I recently (on the NEGLIGENT advice and guarantees of a Chase travel "expert") lost 1k dollars in points. A travel expert from Chase moved all 80k of my points over to United (a "trusted travel partner of Chase") with the promise that I could use them to book a flight from LAX to Europe (the flight was unavailable though the Chase booking system, as many are). After 6 HOURS on the phone (lots of transferring my calls around bc nobody knows that they're doing there) and endless guarantees from numerous travel/point experts at Chase who PROMISED me that I could use my points to book the flight I wanted through United (btw you can't really book flights though Chase with points bc they only buy batches of flights for you to choose from (Chase travel customer service told me this) and they have terrible taste -- 50h travel time from LAX to Europe level bad). SO the Chase rep moved my points over to united and united won't let me use them (silly policy thing) AND CHASE WONT TRANSFER THEM BACK TO ME. BYE BYE 1K IN POINTS!!! I am now deep in the appeals process and deeply saddened by my experience with Chase (which I chose, due to their "great" travel points). 0/10, would give it less stars if I could. DO NOT BANK W CHASE IF YOU WANT TO TRAVEL. ps (unrelated incident): Took me 45mins to book one domestic flight w a Chase travel expert (takes me all of 30s on Southwest website) -- this is the only way they ACTUALLY give you 5x points on flights tho. TOTAL SHAM OF A COMPANY

Customer service is lacking at this branch. Very impersonal and cold. While I understand their security concerns it's not a branch that is welcoming and helpful. It appears this is the norm now post covid at Chase. May need to consider going to USBank or elsewhere. Missing that personal touch and helpfulness that I was used to seeing and having. Maybe a credit union would be better

The most amazing customer service at this bank! It's like a little Hometown bank where everybody knows your name, Lana is amazing! She has gone above and beyond the Call of Duty to help me with all of my banking needs.

Greenfield branch mgr would not come out from back. I walk out call her. I'm told she's on phone. I walk back in. Ask for mgr. She's not avail. I would not trust the mgr Jessica nor the tellers who cover for her. She took some important documents .I'm thinking she will assist me in my requests regarding these documents. Now just cold shoulder disappearing avoidance. Do not trust mgr. Creepy feeling. I lost alot of an inheritance. Due to greedy executer . I asked for document back realizing I needed a lawyer to look over it.im not sure she is on my side but to be sure she will cover for the bank....don't give her any documents u don't want sent to corporate! Snitch mentality

Terrible service. Tried to order some new bills for the holidays…. After a week of thinking they were ordered, I called to check on them and was told they couldn’t order them…. As a long term client they could have told me or called me.

I have been a Chase customer for 25 years. Chase had my email address and phone number, but failed to notify me that one of my lesser-used cards had a $32.96 unpaid balance. That card had a $20,000.00 limit. Because Chase did not update my mailing address when I moved, and chose not to call, text, or email me despite having all three methods to reach me, I lost 140 points on my credit score, Chase took all of my Sky Miles, and canceled my credit card, which I'd never been late on in 15 years. I'd have expected more after 25 years as a customer. Choosing to ruin my credit and multiple-decade banking relationship over a $32.96 balance on a $20,000.00 credit line without so much as an email or telephone call? Chase's "Credit Bureau Liaison" confirmed that "it's not Chase's policy to email, text, or call if a payment is late." Wow. Words cannot express how negatively I now feel about Chase. I won't be shy about sharing my experience with everyone I know, so they can avoid vesting decades of good faith doing business with a company that would handle a situation like this so poorly.

I have been a Chase customer for the past 20 years, but I am going to close my account soon. I recently learned that Chase is the top bank funding the fossil fuel industry and other non-environmental friendly activities around the world. I moved my assets to Beneficial State bank which is a responsible bank. People be aware and acknowledge that. Let's stop funding big-oil to secure our future.

I am banking at chase branch 30202 Crown Valley Pkwy, Laguna niguel location. I have been waiting for my checks books that I ordered through Banker Ali for over a month. He forgot ordering the checks the first time. I came to the branch couple weeks ago and asked him about the checks. He said he wasn't clear if I wanted to order the check books. He then told me that he just ordered the checks for me and I would receive them in a week. It's been over two weeks and I haven't received the checks yet. I am not pleased by his negligence. He is not a friendly banker either. To the contrary, Steven Crystal is a very helpful and knowledgeable banker. He always follow up with me and get the help I need. I highly recommend Banker Steven Crystal.
