Male cashier would not accept a cash payment because he said he had already accepted too much to count at the end of his shift..... I have never heard someone turn business away for this reason before. Owner beware...how much business do you lose each day.

Worst experience ever and used them for over 25 years.$6000 in damages caused by their staff who does not know where to put the floor jack!!!Then the $470 repair I paid for failed three weeks later and all they offered me was new part. I guess I am going to court.Filing a complain with BAR, AAA, BBB, yelp, goggle reviews to come!!! Shame on you Mike,Alan, and idiot mechanic who does not know how to use a floor jack!!!

W I have put on 2 reviews in my 30 plus years in Laguna Niguel and I find this worthy of one . I am a senior driving a 2010 Lexus sedan . My battery light comes on and I drop by Chevron and speak to Alan Hood service manager He's worked on my car for simple things without any incidence maybe 3x . He uses a diagnostic computer and says see the screen you need a new battery . I say how much he says $6000 plus labor and I said not worth it and he solicits me and says I will offer you $2000 for the car right now . So I guess and this is just a guess, but in his mind, he put a value on my car. I said no and left . I didn't know there's an aftermarket for batteries of hybrids. I got one with a lifetime warranty for $2500 . I call Alan and tell him and he says we can't sell you that because we can't warranty it. So I guess he would just get one and buy my car for $2000 and sell it for $12-$14,000 . In my disgust with this reprehensible behavior to churn me out of my car so he can capitalize I get in touch with Mike maybe the owner he wouldn't say when I asked but says I have worked with Alan for 30 years so I guess that excuses him because He never apologized for the mistreatment . Be very leery if you take your car to that station for anything. I know I won't ever again!

I was referred here for a smog check. I was driving by and stopped in. I went in the office and they pointed me to someone else. An unfriendly older man. I told him I wanted an appointment he answered gruflie. I don't have anything til tomorrow, as if that would discourage me? I said fine. Next day I went in and gave them keys and asked if I should wait. He said, "up to you". So I did. The mechanics were good and fast. The car was done and they brought it out. I went in to pay and grumpy guy gets up and leaves. He goes out and drives off. I asked if someone else could finish up they said no. He came back and said can I help you. I said yes, I'm trying to pay. He didn't remember me. Then he prepares the papers and tells me go to the other window. There's a mexican lady behind plexiglass. She looked like I was bothering her. I hand her the paperwork. She looked like she'd never done it before. She spoke bad English. I couldn't understand anything. Then she yelled that she has to yell because I couldn't understand her. That wasn't why. This place was about $60 for the smog check. More expensive than others. Customer service is so important. The owner probably spends good money on the mechanics but it's ruined by the people inside. I won't go back.

The gas station attendant Hadi… older dude… EXTREMLY rude… I forgot the pump number wanted to verify and he went off on a tangent about “it’s stupid to walk in to a gas station pay for gas and not look at the pump?” And started going off on me for not looking at my pump number like seriously? I didn’t come here to get yelled at about gas? Seriously based on reviews it’s time to fire some people because apparently this seems to be normal.

Alan and company are just want you want in a neighborhood mechanic. Reliable, honest, interested in doing good work at a fair price to build long-term relationships. Have taken our Toyota, Honda, and Jeep here for service over the years. Couldn't be happier with the work.

Don’t go here unless you want to waste all your Vons/Albertson’s rewards just on a frozen pump screen then to add the phone number again just to see you have no rewards. Plus don’t go inside and tell the attendant! She is absolutely no help.

I'm sad to say that my family and I will no longer be returning to this car wash place after being loyal customers for the past ten years. The service we received during our recent visit was far from satisfactory.Over the years, we had overlooked minor issues, but this time complete disregard for customer service was the last straw. The management's attitude was just as bad. It's disappointing to see a business we once trusted and supported lose sight of what it means to treat customers with respect and appreciation.After 10 years, it's time to move on and find a car wash place that values its customers and takes pride in providing a positive experience. Our decision to switch is not taken lightly, but it's clear that this establishment has lost touch with what it takes to retain loyal customers.

Magical gas station. It has a waterfall and a pond with koi and turtles. Bathroom is tiny on right wall right when you enter. They have a waiting room for if you're having your car washed and detailed. Friendly staff.

this repair shop is one of the best. the owner Alan is awesome . he is very honest and does a great job on my BMW . prices better then any dealer but same service . they take app and they are done with the service is one day . few of my friends use them for services and we all love they services . i highly recommend this place . great prices too

I've been a regular customer here because it's near my house, but I've had it with the rude clerk. This man is always grumbling and often makes mistakes ringing up items. This man clearly hates his job and should not hold a position where he has to interact with customers. He often leaves you in a bad mood after having to deal with this man. It's fine if he never says hi, smile, or even says one single word, but he should not complain to the customers nor slam down items on the counter as he is voiding transactions.

I went to the Chevron in Laguna Niguel. Corner of Crown Valley and Niguel. I went in for a air conditioning problem. Almost 400.00 later I was told that there was nothing they could do. Well they could give me back my money cause I just got back from Action Tire in Mission Viejo and got it fixed for 300.00. What the hell !

Paid 29.99 for a wash, plus $16 extra for seats and floor mats... for home and car looks like they threw some water in the mats.... Tried to give this place several times... but they continue to offer a below average service
