This pharmacy texted my wife to come pick up her prescription. When she arrived she was informed it was not ready and would not be in stock for 5 months. This negligence is having a direct impact on her health since she now has to go without her prescription until her doctor sends it to a new pharmacy. Simply informing us the prescription was out of stock through text or call could have avoided a lot pain

Costco pharmacy - high volume pharmacy but staff does their best to provide excellent and - most important - ACCURATE customer service in meeting Rx needs. Best prices anywhere on behind the counter OTC meds like Sudafed. Provide text notifications when Rx is ready. Best COVID injection by a pharmacist ever! (50 year RN knows a good shot!)

This pharmacy steps up to meet the demand when customers line up single file. No time wasted; I had my prescription. I ripped my jeans doing this move. Next time I will do better.

Three days in a row with multiple phone calls and in-store visits as I am very ill has been extremely disappointing service from Costco. Horrible customer service from the same person in the pharmacy, Ashley was condescending and argumentative or completely dismissive. Another pharmacist informed me instacart recently had glitches in their system hence the reason I could not get my account to work after hours of trying for delivery. I needed to fill six prescriptions, two of which Ashley informed me totaled over $500 after looking up the best price coverage from my health insurance. I had no idea of the option to go online for assistance with discounts because my MD sent me a text message hours later with GoodRx discounts. Then today Ashley kept repeating, "the coupon doesn't have enough information in it. All the while she wouldn't even let me open up the text message to give her the code to input in the computer, she just kept dismissing the info challenging me to have my doctor resend it multiple times. A helpful Asian pharmacist jumped in and assisted to explain how discounts are located on goodrx.com in less than thirty seconds today but it was too late to utilize the offer because I had already used a dose of the prescription. All Ashley commented was, "I can't do it for you" and that cost me hundreds of dollars because she didn't take a few seconds to exemplify a higher level of customer service with that simple explanation days earlier? That would have actually been considered a satisfactory level of service to simply be forthright with information. Not only did she not treat me as a valued member customer she didn't even treat me like I am human. Three days of complete runaround and hundreds of dollars thrown away, there is no excuse for her behavior. She got me out of bed multiple times to come to Costco and had me interrupt my physician multiple times trying to get two coupon codes when she knew I could have had what was available at my fingertips in seconds! Do yourself a favor and go to a different Costco Pharmacy until management does their quality control at this Heather Ridge location. If upper management does not contact me I will be contacting them after Christmas to report this matter with full details.

Lordy have mercy. We have been using this Pharamacy for a long time. They got a new employee- which is fine,.. but I would think that working in a Pharmacy would require good English skills and following prescription protocols. Well,.. it was a zero on the first two. Previously we were able to add a text number for notification and he would not even talk to me or answer me. Wtf. Pushes a pamphlet at me. Omg. Plus that pharmacy needs to have a damn pharmacy line. It's ridiculous to have to twaddle around shoppers playing in front of the pharmacy blocking access. I have two stars because 1 seemed too mean,.. but maybe 1 is more accurate. Ooh. And I was in ppe. Mask and gloves (n95 and disposable gloves) so it was t like his life was in any danger.

The employees are great, but pay attention management because your wait time to fill a prescription is ridiculous! Close to a 2 hour wait today. They always tell you it will take 20 minutes and it always ends up taking over an hour.

This is a review for the in store pharmacy. They seem to be unorganized. They are constantly out of stock on medications. Seems like it is an organization and planning issue. Other stores seem to have it in stock, but this store always seems to be out of critical medications. I was in on a Saturday and there was a long line and they only had one person helping people and explaining medicine.

I pick up medication for my dog here on a monthly basis. They continuously get the dosage wrong on the bottle. We've tried having our dog's doctor call and inform Costco about the correct dosage, but it seems that is a pointless effort as they continue printing the incorrect dosage when we go to pickup. They also have notoriously long wait times; they falsely tell you prescriptions are ready for pickup, and when you arrive you to have you wait upwards of 45 minutes for the medication. Get real Costco, your pharmacy's practices don't match up with the rest of the company's values.

Can't beat the Costco Pizza. You can call in and have it ready to go. They also offer Veggie Pizza if you order in. Hot dogs and Fro-Yo is also great. I like their Berry smoothies a lot. Plus you can always find great deals as well as fill up gas at the lowest prices in the area. What more can you ask for?

I have been filling my prescriptions with this Costco for few years. Their services so far were good but it changed dramatically since the new lady manager took over. Every time she answered the phone she just put you on hold immediately without hearing what you have to say. After waiting patiently on the phone for 15 minutes, I decided to hang up and call back. Again, she answered the phone but this time she didn't press the hold button; therefore, I could hear all the conversations going on in the pharmacy from the pharmacy staffs to the patients on the other side (either on the phone or over the windows). Do they worry about HIPPA? On that particular day, I found out they were short of staff. Yet, should they use that as an excuse for poor customer services I have been experiencing? I'm a Costco Executive Member and paid big bucks for the membership to receive this kind of service ...??? Actually, I like Costco Warehouses and still have faith in Costco upper management. I will write to their headquarters and hope to see some changes.

This Costco compare to my local Costco is amazingly stocked. This redefines the meaning of Costco sizing. Compare to the NH (Nashua) Costco, this one is a Costco on steroids when it comes to what they stock. I want to buy everything :)

Not happy with Walgreens, I transferred a prescription to this place. Prior authorization was needed which they got in a day. Still took a week to fill and they didn't start until I came back to pick up the following week. If this is their best, their best sucks.

Great staff and great pricing. Everyone is always so helpful. Yes it can be a bit of a pain because of the lines, but I am paying half what I was before I switched over to Costco.

Biggest joke of a pharmacy around the Asian pharmacy manager is beyond rude. While all other pharmacies fill your script within 15 minutes expect to wait hours here and be treated like crap!
