Rick is a true master of his craft and Roberto took pride in his work. We asked Crown Valley flooring to fix a bad flooring job our previous home owners had done and we’re grateful for their attention to detail and actually finishing a job properly. They are not the most price competitive but we trusted them to do the job well and with quality. Do yourself a favour and spend the extra dollars to get it done right by Rick and his team. You won’t regret it and you’ll be glad to have it done right and properly.

I can’t say enough about our experience with Crown Valley flooring! Starting with Rick and Karen. Reasonable pricing. Very helpful and prompt to get back to us with questions. But our installers Jose and Kevin were the best!! They answered our questions , very professional and courteous. Great clean up . They were prompt and attention to detail. We were impressed with fact they did quality work in less time ! Highly recommend Crown Valley Flooring

Excellent experience. We planned to re-carpet three rooms with different carpets for each room. The support in the showroom to help selection was very good. We did competitive bids from another company and this company proved to have the best prices and value. The team who came for the fitting were excellent with a result that we are very pleased with the result, the experience and the value.

I can't recommend Crown Valley Flooring enough. They were so patient with us when the closing on our house was delayed and pushed our job back a week. Robert and his family did our install and they were so great. We love our new hardwood floors and we will definitely use them again!

We are so impressed with Crown Valley Flooring! I had an estimate from Lowe’s and then their carpet went on sale for 40% off. Rick Mink (CVF) was still able to beat their price and with nicer carpet. Installation was fantastic. They went above and beyond with having to deal with a Murphy bed in one of the rooms.

Carpet was installed in one day! The workers were courteous and did a great job cutting around the closet cabinets. Rick was very knowledgable of the carpet and other flooring options which helped me to pick the right one for my home. Highly recommend.
