Unbelievable wait times. Poor team member was by herself with a line over 15 customers deep. 3 other team members in the back and none came to help. Also, looks like they have a rodent problem….great to show your customers…

I drive past two pharmacies to get to CVS in Laguna Niguel. Theresa and the rest of the pharmacy team is incredibly loving and caring. I would NEVER go back to my old pharmacy.

Terrible as usual. I had appt for vaccine this morning. I checked in per the text message they sent me. And waited and waited. I went to counter and told them I had an appointment. She said it was an hour wait even with appointment. I left. This is the same store where they had a long wait last year. The pharmacist told me last time "why should they hire more people when they can do it with less". They are not doing it with less. It's a miserable failure.

I'd like to give a BIG shoutout to this CVS. My husband Gary has FTD and comes to this CVS to buy lottery tickets and do his little bit of recycling. The staff here is beyond wonderful with him as was the pharmacy when he able to get his meds. (I do that now) Recycling and lottery tickets are the one things he really enjoys doing and he needs to feel independent. Just a huge THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AND PHARMACISTS for letting him do this

This location is the WORST location. Usually the pharmacy line is ten deep at all times because of the counter lady - she talks and talks and talks about random crap with every person in line. Today, I was surprised... nobody in line. Yay! But, it was 1:27pm. The chatty lady behind the counter said, this is my last customer, YOU need to come back after we eat lunch. I turned around, I was the ONLY person standing in "line". She finished with the customer, I walked up. It was 1:29PM. She said, YOU need to come back after we eat. The other person behind the counter, said to chatty Kathy, assist the customer. She then said, "I thought you told me after the last customer, we were closing for lunch". He said again, assist the customer. Chatter box then raised her voice and said, "LAST NAME", "DOB". After my transaction. I thanked the man and praised him for his customer service. I said to chatty, "you should look at the piss poor scores of this location, YOU do not have customer service. She then made some unreasonable noise at me and I left. She needs to go into stocking the store. She has NO customer service.

What's wrong with CVs corporate.?Someday someone will actually transform the miserable experience of relying on you and provide competition You close for lunch now at the pharmacy Yet your phone says "you're closed " implying it's for the day. Make it clear. You're confusing the elderly clients you have Your phone waits are long Your bagging prescription system is a joke of 1910 tech hinting for bags. You haven't even the space for your staff there to operate efficiently. At least make it less like a hoarders closet The waits are I terminable in n the world hone ans in line Do you care ?Doubt it Good luck to you Someone will figure out how to operate a drive store and you'll go the way of bed bath and beyond

Elma took the time to explain the medication details and other available options, which made me feel significantly more comfortable.I also want to include Mary and Sherille for their warm demeanor and excellent communication skills made the entire process a pleasant experience. the most unfriendly pharmacy, managers and policies. the only reason I go there is close by our house. many time they find an excuse to reject prescriptions insurance and tell buy it cash. going back to my friendly Costco pharmacy.a $65 ointment that a get from a local pharmacy is $1320 in cvs

I've struggled with this pharmacy for a long time. I always chalked it up to Covid negatively impacting supply chain/lack of support for employees/etc, and it's the closest location to my house so I dealt with it. But after today I realized it's just this location. My doctor sent a refill for a vital medication for me yesterday, and when I went to pick it up at 3:30 today I was told it hadn't even been started yet and it was "in limbo" (verbatim, limbo). When the assistant asked the pharmacist to speak with me about it she didn't acknowledge me but she said loudly she will not be able to get to me for a long time as she was "very busy." I gave up and called the CVS down the street at Crown Valley next to Ralph's, and within 20 minutes they had filled it. If you're able to drive I would highly suggest going to a different CVS.

I would just like to point out to my neighbors, here at Bear Brand Ocean Ranch, how Lucky we are!Our local CVS, in my opinion, it's awesome!In addition to everyone on staff,I would specifically like to point out, the pharmacy.James, The pharmacy manager, there's nothing short of amazing!James is always, so busy, but still has time for questions, always kind, and extremely professional!For you CVS hotshots reading this,I think you should give him a raise! I will match it!!It kind of bums me out, to see people disappointed, for basically nothing.Everybody needs to keep in mind how hard these people work,I think the entire staff at my local CVS are terrific

This review is for Sheryl or sharyll white ( i forgot how she spelt it) in the pharmacy. This girl was working so hard. She was working 2 registers at once checking 2 people out at once. I've never seen someone hustle like her and I hope she gets recognition there.

Called to check on the status of my prescription, was put on hold for 20 minutes. Finally spoke to someone who said it’d be ready in 30 minutes came in an hour later, waited in line for 15 mins to find out it’ll be ready in 10 mins…short staffed and the lady I spoke to on the phone was being very short with the older gentleman in front of me.
