Excellent service! Very kind and understandable! They did not have my prescription in stock so they helped me figure out how to get a new prescription from the ER. They filled the new script right away and the whole staff was friendly and quick!

It's become to be very annoying regarding the CVS pharmacy on Alicia Parkway in Laguna Niguel, CA. Ive been going there for many years, and Im considering a switch of pharmacies. It use to be a smooth transaction. When I get on my app and request a refill, and it was done. Not anymore. There's always a little hair on the transaction. Also, when you call no one answers. They use to answer the phone. Now I have to drive down there. Also, they may not have a good relationship with Cigna insurance because its an issue when I needed a new Rx. I select the refill on my app, and the refill isnt there, or they don't refill it for some reason. The pharmacist had to call Cigna. I use to be able to call the pharmacy, but recently I had to drive to the pharmacy to get answers regarding my refills. You can't call, you have to drive down there in person. Also, they can't seem to get their refil system on track. I have my own phone number to refill, and my husband has it's own. Somehow after all these years, the system is not registering.

I have severe bronchitis. My husband picked up an antibiotic, asthma med, and codeine cough syrup. CVS pharmacy staff failed to provide the required syringe to ensure the patient (ME) didn't overdose on a NARCOTIC. I happen to know 5 ml is just a bit over a standardized measuring teaspoon. I called the pharmacist and read her the riot act. THEY'RE GOING TO WIND UP KILLING SOMEONE ...

I can't really say good things about this CVS. For whatever reason, I was in the area and stopped by. I figured it would be a routine visit but this CVS was really lame. The staff seemed really young and they had no idea what they were doing. Customer service was lacking but to be honest I think they are short-staffed. There is a huge box of free masks at the front in case you need a mask. I mean, there's no shortage since it seems the stockpile resides at this location. The parking lot could use a facelift so this location was just meh. I'll stick to the location closer to home.

If I could choose zero stars I would. I have a prescription for my dog that I need to refill every 120 days. Without fail, this particular CVS pharmacy has offered the worst customer service -- versus Rite-Aid or Costco -- for the last 5 years. Today was the final and worst experience I have ever had at this CVS and, quite simply, just too much. I won't return to this CVS for anything. 20 days ago (03/31/22), I switched to a new veterinarian. In turn, I asked for a new prescription from the Vet and, that same day, dropped it off at this CVS. The pharmacist made clear "we have this new prescription and we will keep it on file for your dog; when you complete your existing prescription 20 days from now, please come in and we will provide the refill." Today -- 20 days later -- I showed up to get the refill, and the pharmacist gave 3 reasons for being unable to fill the prescription: (1) they couldn't find the prescription I dropped off on 3/31/22; (2) the vet is "not in the system;" and (3) "you are not in the system" (even though I last filled the prescription there 120 days previous and several times over the last 5 years). I asked the Vet to call, and CVS then claimed this type of refill could not be by paper prescription but instead "had to be submitted electronically only." The Vet called me back and said many of his clients had recently filled paper prescriptions there (even for narcotics) with no such "electronic only" requirement. He said he's seen this sort of thing happen there before -- they make up reasons to turn clients away when they are very busy. These pharmacists seem not to care at all that an animal could suffer seizures or more difficult circumstances without their medicines. Very sad considering they are supposed to be professionals, but on the other hand you can see the morale is so bad with the pharmacists and employees at this location that I guess you should come to expect terrible customer service here. I suppose I should have known better than to take the script here. I hope they turn it around, but I don't see it happening anytime soon.

When I call to have my mom prescription refill, it said really by 1pm (that's 4 hours from the time that I called). I show up at 5pm, they told me I have to either wait for 40 minutes or come back later. What kind of a service is this?

The worst place ever not on task they give me a medication that for a man and today I come to pick up me med for my diabetes and they said oh we need to call the doctor to refill . What I need the medicine if they call me I can call the doctor my self but today is Saturday and I need for tomorrow is logical I won't haves until Tuesday so irresponsable or there side but no more they don't know what important or don't care I wanted to talk to the person in charge and from far away he say I don't have nothing to talk a** hole so this CVS is not good please check your medicine be careful . So one star so I can say something but is actually 0

The restroom was disgusting! Clearly hadn't been cleaned in over a month. Seriously, how do you go to work everyday and live in that filth! They should not allow customers to use that restroom, someone is going to get sick! The photos don't really show but it was bad.

This Pharmacy is terrific. My insurance company did not send me an updated card. The pharmacist called the insurance company and stayed on the line until he received the information and I was able to obtain my much needed antibiotics!! The service at this CVS is the best around! Thank you for caring.
