This CVS sells gift cards that have the security code scratched off. Hector, the cashier who sold it to me should've checked to see before I purchased it. I did not know I should've looked myself before purchasing. I know now! $150.00 Nike gift card to be exact. Where is CVS Laguna Nigel's employees work ethics? I also got in touch with Nike and no one is accepting responsibility. Be aware Senior Citizens!

Lady at the front desk smells like BO every time I come here. Makes me gag, she knows it too cause all the people turn there face.

This store is a solid three stars. I wish I could give it more, but I cannot. I entered the store and didn't see a single employee until I had wandered around most of the place. Even then the one employee I did see didn't even make eye contact with me. There were no checkers available, so I was forced to do self checkout, and since my price didn't match what was in the app, I needed to get some assistance. Why did I use the app to check the price? Because there was no price on the shelf for the item I was buying. I am disappointed, as I was hoping this would be my new CVS location. I guess I will continue to search since they keep closing the ones around me.

I can't believe how dissatisfied I was at CVS today... unbelievable. Picking up my prescription and purchasing a few other items, I put my CVS card in front of the cashier at the pharmacy, her name was Rose and she said I don't need to scan it. It shows up on my screen I said, please scan it for me, in the past. If you don't scan the card, some of the discounts do not register. She said." no I am not going to scan it., I don't need to scan it" I could not believe what I was hearing. So I said one more time will you please scan it just to make sure. She said." no I don't need to scan it." What I should've done next is talk to a manager but being in a hurry, I left, got into my car and realized that the 35% off coupon was not applied to my purchase . I can't tell you how crappy that service was and how crappy I felt driving away . Come on people lets up our customer service game .... You lost me CVS La Paz.

Awful customer service! Came in looking for a Halloween item the website stated was in stock (I had previously come in for the same item 3 days prior and was told to check back in a couple of days). I understand items don't always get stocked same day... So here I am again today and Tiffany has an awful attitude. Didn't greet me or anything and as the employee in the front informed her what I was looking for she simply said "if it's up in the rafters I can't get it!" I wasn't expecting her to get it, I was going to ask who could give me a better idea of when the load would be worked through...i was told to come back and see the store manager and I will. Hopefully, he will have a better attitude

This has to be the worst Place ever for prescriptions. I am now gonna move my scrips an additional 5 miles away just because this place is such a pain, you need a prescription just to deal with wait. Do yourself a favor get prescriptions ELSEWHERE!!! Or come back here and see I told you so!

They are lazy and rude. Been coming here for years due to prescriptions being sent here and never had a positive experience. The pharmacist that answered the phone today was so rude that I’ve decided never to go back there again.

I've had nothing but great pharmacy customer service at this location. Also a nice selection of retail/food product across the entire store. I totally agree with another reviewer about the CVS brand tights - they're soft and fit great on extra long/skinny torsos.

Today, I used self checkout at the main register at CVS La Paz store. After paying for my items left to go back to my office. I suddenly realized that I left my $40. cash back from my debit card at the machine. I called the store immediately and fortunately Janet checked the checkout machine and saw my cash. I returned immediately and we confirmed I was the correct patron. Big thank to Janet! Honest and efficient employee CVS!

Who locks Mucinex then has your employee get pissed and speak to everyone in a short snappy manner when you have to press a button for them to unlock it with a key? The guy was so rude to the man in front of us who asked to open it and we needed to access it too. The employee acted so annoyed and huffed and puffed. Then doesn't give you time to see which one you need then says, "press the button again when you pick one." Then rushes off. Holy cow. People work in customer service who have absolutely no customer service training. Everyone has been so rude today.

Rose is the worst cashier I have ever had to deal with. She is rude and disrespectful. I ask her for something and she wouldn't help me. I'm never going back there if that pathetic excuse for a human being will be there!

. I went for a flu shot that took over an hr while the pharmacy personnel are running around like chickens w their heads cut off! And it's not because they are a busy location.... No it's literally because of how disorganized they are it's atrocious! Working the way they do ... like of course there's long lines it totally makes sense. Every single time I come in for a prescription there is a long wait and an issue. I'd rather go to the DMV than fill prescriptions here. At least they're more organized than this circus. I constantly see other customers rightfully annoyed when interacting with this bizarre pharmacy operation. I constantly witness workers giving false info like last time the person asked for it to be sent to a 24 hr pharmacy and they said they don't have those?! Uhhh it's obvious they are sooo poorly trained. Why is it the couple of times a dr has messed up and sent it to CVS inside target (both off of La Paz) these issues rarely pop up! It's just every single time there's a super long line. Iit doesn't matter if you go when ppl get off work, or mid morning, or early afternoon or late evening it's always chaos. Or when I come in because I got a text from them saying script is ready to pick up... I proceed to wait in line to finally reach the front and them to tell me it's not ready and they don't know why they sent a text...!? Great so now I'm late AND I don't have what I came here for.. What really pushed it over the top is I showed up today close to closing it it was like 2 min to closing and I walk-in and they've already closed it down... the pharmacist saw me I saw her and she just left the counter. Didn't even attempt to help me it would have taken literally a minute. Ugh .
