Rented a High Roof Cargo Van to move my entire apartment and the team here had everything I needed in a timely fashion. They run reservations based, which I love because they will always have the vehicle I need. Always will choose for my truck rental needs.

My vehicle was recently in an accident and I was in need of a rental until the repairs were completed. My initial call was with the branch manager Lexi. She was super helpful and was patient with me as I had a million and one questions. She offered to have one of her team members pick me up which was wonderful. When I arrived Gabriel approached me with a warm smile. He was able to get me set up with my vehicle and explained all of the the small print. Overall this experience (less my damaged vehicle) was extremely pleasant. Both Lexi and Gabriel went out of their way to provide the best possible experience for me. I appreciate and recognize exceptional customer service when delivered in a professional setting. Thank you both so much!

Great service, great price! Friendly staff. Price for cargo van significantly cheaper than competitors. Cargo van I received was brand new, 7 miles. Great to drive.

My boyfriend and I just received really excellent customer service from Sam. He was kind, courteous and patient, explaining our options thoroughly and making sure we were happy with our rental. He also observed all COVID-19 precautions and went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was sanitized. I really loved his attitude and how easy he was to work with. Lexie was great and helpful as well. Thank you to both - you are an asset to your company!

Pre ordered SUV. Delivered NOT clean with food debris and ding in windshield. Previous renter's food and prescription glasses in car. Called on Thursday and was informed NO SUVs on lot until Monday-had 44/46 reservations but no cars and I would be upgraded for inconvenience and called Monday. Called Sat and Sun shared not comfie driving smelly unsanitized car during COVID. NO call on Monday! Drove and picked up SUV. Didn't email uodate with different SUV. NEVER informed me I was charged double the contract rate!!! Called two days later. Oil pressure and tire pressure light on. No return call to trade for other SUV. 9/2 branch called to let me know contract was ending. I informed them that Allstate was involved but they never documented. Needed car longer. Told me contract would be extended. No SUV on lot. Had to drive to SNA airport for SUV that was available, clean and in working/safe condition. The airport location informed me that Laguna Niguel has changed rate on car. Contract ordered on was $200.48 a week. Laguna Niguel charged me more money for NOT putting car under Allstate, NOT sanitizing car and providing me with UNSERVICED cars! NEVER called me back. Called corporate. On 9-15 Regional manager named Darren left message he was at that location for one hour and to call him back. Nobody knew who he was when returned call! Returned car 9/11 at Caliber in Laguna Canyon where I picked it up. Laguna Niguel wrote car was returned 9/14 and charged me for more days! Called corporate and spoke with Peter. He hung up on me when I started raising my voice that car was returned on 9/11. Allstate paid $20 a day for 30 days and Enterprise billed my American Express card another $800! I had car 27 days at contract for $200.48 a week. Nobody returns calls! Do NOT rent from these thieves!!!! And to make matters worse Corporate customer service for Enterprise takes messaged and doesn't return calls! SCAMMERS! Don't clean and DONT Sanitize cars. OVERBill! Don't Service cars!

I just rented a Ford F150 and the price was awesome. I was surprised that it actually cost less than the Corolla. They are very easy and quick. If you ever need to rent a car try enterprise in your find it's a very good experience!

Well, the vehicle runs so I guess that's what I paid for. I had to put air in the tires, there's no windshield wiper fluid, a giant stain on the passenger seat, the gas pump clicks off at 3/4 full, and when I start the car there's a horrible loud rattling for about five seconds. I'm visiting family, and my dad even came running out of the house to see what was happening. As long as the vehicle doesn't blow up before I return it, it's what I paid for I guess.

I have been renting from this location exclusively for over three years. Today I came in having a reservation and I was denied my car rental for my weekend getaway because my drivers license was expired even though I had the paperwork for renewing it from the DMV They would not except it. The manager told me she would have an employee drive me to the DMV to sit and wait for a temporary. As you know with COVID-19 the DMV's are closed and it's only online service and any DMV's that are open are only taking rescheduled appointments. I called customer service and spoke with Cesar although he was nice they would not budge. So I went to costco.com and I found the same car for $20 less a day. I spoke with them about my drivers license they do not have a Problem with it as long as I present my extension paperwork which I have. The reason for the review is that I am a long-standing customer in rents almost by monthly from them it's not as though I was a stranger and they don't know who I am just clearly was not good customer service and they don't value me as a customer. I wasted my whole lunch hour coming to get a car that I could not Pick up. Maybe enterprise needs to know that my time is valuable too

This is a great rental car company. I've rented my last 4 cars from here and it's always been a great experience. Their cars are all well maintained and run smoothly. I drive to Nor Cal a lot and always need a good rental. Of all the ones I've gotten from here the Kia Optima is my favorite because of the gas mileage and all the features it has. And it's not that much more to rent than a compact car. Their service is amazing. Always accommodating and working with you to get the perfect car for your needs. Lexi always calls and texts to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and I really appreciate that. I left my cell phone holder in the rental once when I dropped it off and they held it for me to the next day. I really like their night drop off option. That is super helpful because I sometimes get back late and don't want to keep the car for another day. Just slip the keys in the night drop box and Uber home. Very convenient.

I had a lot of fun at this place. I had trucks and cars rental from this place. Employees are friendly, professional and helpful. Prices are not great but fair.I recommend.

We had a good experience with the car and service. My biggest complaint was that those working directly with customers would not observe social distancing nor wore masks. There were clearly marked social distance tape on the sidewalk but the personnel did not adhere to it. However, the workers cleaning the cars had gloves and masks on which made me comfortable about taking the car.
