It was great until it wasn't. I'm very disappointed. I've come here many times and it was good, but this time I had a tech who blurted out all the additional costs that would be added on to my service that I have had in the past, and was never told I was being charged extra for, like filing my nails almond shaped. Ok, that's fine. But when I confronted them about it, all of a sudden my premium of paying for a Deluxe Mani Pedi turned into half the time spent on the massage (I timed it because I knew what was going on), and more add ons for additional charges. Just rude and dismissive behavior and trying to take advantage. Great nails but honestly I won't be coming back. It is not nice to manipulate your customers and make them feel like they have to comply with your disrespect and lack of consideration. That's truly not nice. Don't assume I don't understand what's going on. I'm very saddened by this whole experience.

I had a manicure, a pedicure and a face waxing. The waxing was brutal! The woman was so right, she didn’t care about the pain she was causing, awful. My nails, well the guy who did nails put some oil and I couldn’t see how bad his job was and the finishing on my nails was very bad, when I put my glasses I saw the top layers didn’t cover the one under. Same with my toes.
I went for a regular mani pedi, not rocket science, just need it a good job. They have no ethics.

Worst place to get a Mani pedi. I asked her to add an extension tip to my nail, she did that and made the length of the extension the same length as my existing nail. It defeats the purpose of an extension tip.Not sure what was she thinking when she did that. Just a very disappointing experience. All my nails are of varying lengths.

I ended up going with a regular french tip, they really need to take off ‘Nail Art’ from their services. I requested some rhinestones and they were out, i requested a bow charm and they said they didn’t have any. I then requested a simple nail design which is basically just 2 X’s as shown in the picture, and they said it’s ’too difficult’. My boyfriend likes coming here to get his eyebrows waxed though, and they do a good job at eyebrows.

Worst experience. They give me different price over the phone and charge more.
Worst quality and bad customer service ever.

I called the night before to make sure I had an appointment. The person on the phone kept an arguing me on what time to come in at when I was explicit about when I was available. Finally he booked me @9:30am… I got there on time and was told I had to wait 15 minutes to be seen. Then while I waited other people without appointments were taken to have manicures. I waited almost 30 min before leaving. Everyone was double booked it looked like. Will not be returning.

For goodness sakes, I don’t want the gel pedicure! It’s expensive enough as it is.

I got the best mani and pedi at Happy Nails & Spa. I was very pleased with their service.

Great place. I go to Kyle for my nails. He always does a great job and they last when he does them! Haven’t had that experience with anyone else. ?

My wife just went in there to get a pedicure and one of the ladies started yelling at her saying, "OK, what color do you want!" Thankfully my wife walked out and will never return to that place. Maybe they should change the name from Happy Nails to Angry Nails.

Terrible experience. I’ve been going here for 5 years but today they lost my business.
I booked a manicure pedicure with dip, but they didn’t cut my nails or trim my cuticles. My fault for closing my eyes and trying to relax, but I looked up halfway into the dip and noticed that my nails were all different lengths and my cuticles were still all jagged and torn (I have bad cuticles).
They told me that cutting cuticles would be five dollars extra and that “everybody knows that “. But on their service menu card, they gave me it didn’t say anything about that so I’m not sure how I was supposed to know.
So then they cut my cuticles which left a big gap between where they had painted my nail and the cuticle so it looks like my nails had grown out for two weeks already.
All for the low low price of $55. To get bad looking nails and get into a stressful argument. And of course, there was no manager that was there that I could speak to about it.
I’m going to go to Castle Nails over by Tony Pepperoni now instead, which used to be my backup cause it’s a little bit farther from my house.

My family and I were visiting out of town and decided to go get our nails done with my mom. I already think paying over $40 for a Pedicure is insane enough….. but I’m certainly not paying another $17 on top of that for gel polish on my toes !! So… I opted out of the gel polish for me and my 3 year old….. but I didn’t realize they had us pick colors from the gel polishes.(I thought maybe they were the gel polishes without the light needed). Well that wasn’t the case…. And the gel polish never really dried correctly ! By the end of the day, my 3 year olds nails had 3 whole nails where the polish slipped off and two of my toes were already jacked up. I shouldn’t be forced to pay an extra $17 for gel polish …. Paying $60 for a pedicure should be illegal. They should be providing regular polish. We visit annually to see family but we will never be back here. I was so incredibly disappointed.
I would have gone back but we were on vacation and we’re incredibly busy …. But I doubt going back would’ve fixed anything anyways. Save your money and go elsewhere.
