I didn't want to write this review, but after thinking about it for a whole day, I decided to do so. This salon is close to my house, and I used to be a regular customer, but not anymore.
I've attached a photo of my finger right after I got my manicure done. The manicure process was quite unpleasant. My hands weren't soaked in water or treated with cuticle products before being worked on, and it was very painful. Afterward, they briefly put my hands in water and started using tweezers, which was also uncomfortable. The whole experience was very unpleasant and painful, and of course, he cut my fingers until they bled. The manicurist was an older man; unfortunately, I didn't know his name and saw him there for the first time. It seems like he has no idea what he's doing.
As a chef, my hands are crucial for my work. The pain and discomfort I'm experiencing after the manicure are affecting my performance. It's clear that the salon's staff, particularly the manicurist, lack proper training. If you're going to hire staff, it's essential to ensure they understand how to perform their job correctly.

I started going here for my acrylics with French manicure. I went to Cindy who could give me the shape I liked and did a good job on the tips. She gave me her cell and said to let her know when I was coming. The first few times it went fine. But then I'd ask if she had anything in the morning and she would suggest another time later in the day or another day altogether. She could be really rude. They take walk-ins! They don't even write down appointments. You're always a walk-in so this seemed really odd to me. I wondered if I wasn't tipping enough so double checked with Google and apparently I tipped on the high end so that didn't seem to be the issue. I found out later that they prefer cash tips. Maybe that was it. But I totally had it. I found somewhere else where I actually feel like the customer. Would never recommend this place. One last thing... don't EVER let them take off your old acrylics for a new set. I don't think I've been through many things as painful as that appointment. Don't go.

You're better off letting a toddler do your nails than coming here unless you like uneven polish and every nail shaped differently- who knew you could have 10 different nail shapes in one sitting. Poor service, poor quality and over priced. Definitely go somewhere else.

Hate to write this review but I went yesterday to get my dip nails redone, as they were chipped and way too thick. Today another nail is already chipped off! Super disappointing

I started going here during Covid and brought a TON of friends over to help keep them open. They were great. I continued to go there and loved supporting a brother/sister business. As time went on, I would sit there while he would do my nails and constantly takes breaks to be on his phone, have to wait up to an hour for my appointment time, everything just taking forever to be done. I finally walked out because I had waited too long it was unacceptable. If you're in a hurry or want to be out in a reasonable time do not go here. Steven did great (did not like Cindy's nail job at all so always asked for Steven) but the respect for client was lost. In the end, sadly they lost a very loyal customer and her family.

Happy customer at Happy Nails! Mimi and Hannah gave me a wonderful mani/ pedi today. I've been to several nail salons, and my experience here definitely stands out as the best. They are prompt, clean, and very detailed.

so so so SO rude. they charged me 150$ for acrylics and gel toes. I’ve NEVER been charged this much for these services. I tried to ask them why it was so much and he just dismissed me and didn’t explain the prices. I had my card out and the guy literally TOOK my card OUT OF MY HAND and put it in the card reader machine. I still gave 5 dollar tip but i regret it. I only asked for the minimum service of each thing nothing extra. Pls don’t go here it’s absolutely ridiculous and disgusting mediocre service.
