misleading customer and horrible customer service. throughout the store, they display sale signs just to attract customers but would not honor the promotion's by placing small disclaimer and misleading messag's.

I can spend all day in this place and still not have seen everything that's in there it's huge I get lost in there and I lose track of time every time I enter this store it's amazing they have some great sales when they have them and you're not overwhelmed by employees constantly asking you if they can help you or follow you around it's nice.

Every time I’ve been to the Laguna Niguel location the checkout lines take a very long time even if it’s only 1 customer ahead of you in line. I waited in line for nearly 30 minutes.

One of my favorite Hobby Lobby locations. The staff members are always helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't get all their names but I do remember Luci at the check-out register. She was a doll and we adore her. The store is organized and it's easy to locate what I'm looking for. They have a wide selection of items at reasonable prices. There is always a staff member nearby in every section so I don't have to go on an expedition to find help or if I have a question. I love that they have a lot of cash registers opened all at once when the lines get long... or maybe I just happen to get lucky every time I come here? I don't think I've ever had to wait in line for more than 2 minutes on a busy day which isn't bad at all considering I've stood in line for almost 9 minutes at Michaels a few weeks ago and it wasn't even busy. We don't even shop at Target anymore and for good reason. Hobby Lobby has almost everything we need.

They always have long lines no matter what time of day. Make sure you go when you are not in a hurry. Lots to choose from but don't expect exceptional service. Good prices.
