“I visited this Lowe's for the first time. I received a notice that Lowe's was currently offering FREE Valspar Paint Samples to their rewards members until 8/20 and I took this as an opportunity to try Lowe's out.

I've been used to shopping at Home Depot, but not as much at Lowe's.

After I picked out my color, Berry Brown 1010-7, I let the clerk know what I came in looking for.

I looked down at her name tag and saw that it said Michelle. Ooo Michelle really is a gem!

She had a spunky personality, so friendly and smiling and also hard-working and attentive to her customers. There was a guy before me and then 2 other parties came after me. During my 5-minute wait for my paint, she kept making sure to finish as fast as she could. She even hand mixed my paint. She explained to me what I was getting, what would work best for my project and she even told me where I can find some cool new nail polish art!

My check out process was easy and I ended up getting a color I really like!!! It looks much pinker than the sample card, but I'm not complaining, I actually like it!!

“What can you say but have mostly everything you need. Perfect for home repairs. Can be a challenge finding help so I use you tube a lot to research first then head over. But have mostly everything you could ever need. Busy in the mornings so I try to avoid mornings and weekends till the afternoon. Love the garden area. You do have to Go early for the plants though for the best choices. My wife say this is my candy store.”

“This is a shout out to Associates Myles, Evan and Mickey the Assistant Store Manager. My Mom was having some problems getting her rebate from a dishwasher she had purchased at Lowes. Myles tried to help by sending an email to the rebate center to expedite the rebate process. Unfortunately, despite his efforts we never got a response. We decided to go back to Lowes to see what else we could do. Myles referred us to Evan who tried to help as well. He got the run around and was on the phone for over an hour trying to get my Mom some help. We brought our dog with us and as we were sitting there, Mickey the Assistant Store Manager came over and adored her, which she loved and he even gave her an adorable toy to play with!
